worst experience

Pros: ac was cold enough after a long day in the sun.
Cons: fix the water pressure for the showers, cleaning of breakfast area, granting of handicap room without extra cost
Location: location was ok, mall short trip to the coast to fish movies was down the street
first at check in I asked if I can get a handicap room because of my disability I was told it would cost me a extra while at other hotels I stayed with booking with Expedia I always was given the room for free. then my room restroom was to small the shower didn't have enough water pressure to take a proper shower. The complimentary breakfast station was dirty as well as three empty tables.

Smells bad.

Pros: location.
Cons: Smell in the room
Location: good location. Eatery, Shopping close by.
Smells bad. Maybe because they allow pets and the air-con was off when we got there. We sprayed Lysol, turned on the air and left for a few hours. When we got back, it was better. Saw a small roach in the bathroom. Price was ok. Staff was ok. Location is good. Didn't try the breakfast.

Smells bad, ants in sink, not accommodating. They did refund my money in full

Great staff who do their best

Location: Location was good for what we needed it for, o.k for eating out or the cinema all walking distance
Hotel has seen better days, bugs in our room and the bath plug hole was disgusting. Clean bed, no fridge. Pool area is o.k. Hotel needs some love.

I was not happy

Pros: Part of my day was going home
Cons: I did not like nothing about the hotel
We had to change into three different rooms the first room smell like urine

Room was clean and breakfast was good

Location: Location was great. Close to all the amenities
Overall room was clean and beds were comfortable. Outside of the hotel was not in the best shape and could use a good cleaning. Staff was very friendly however Cleaning staff made beds after first night but did not replenish coffee supplies or towels. There was no fridge in the room and overall quality was not great.

Good location room was stayable

We stayed in this hotel this past weekend. For a family vacation. We we're in the pool and we saw a huge rat on the roof and crawl down to the palm tree. It was so gross! I told the manager he looked like he didn't care much.

Pool was closed

Parking is bad

I like the place, the workers are friendly only thing I dislike was the parking, theres a bar next door and the customers are allowed to park at the hotel parking lot that takes almost all the spots making it hard to park late at night.
