Breakfast was good. Everything else was not. Room was full of patches, norhing seemed to work. Sofa bed was disgusting and customer service was lacking. Will not stay again.

The carpet was busted. the piece of metal sticking out. broken base broad, nails sticking out . mold in the shower curtain. I asked for a duct tape to cover it up. i dont the piece of metal cuts my kid feets. Nothing done for two days. my kid forgot her head phone in the room. I call back in 2 hours . the staff says oh..too bad.

It’s been years that the pool and the whirlpool has not been working properly. The pool water is extremely cold and the whirlpool doesn’t even work. Limited towels provided in the room. It’s just not the same as it use to be.

Room stunk, carpet torn and missing, there were no coffee cups and part of coffee maker missing. Not worth the price. I’ve seen Motel 6’s much nicer than this place. Definitely not using this hotel again. Very disappointing.

Hotel is under new ownership. Manager said he would follow up with us after reporting no hot water at check in and check out. We never heard anything from the manager. Some clothing was left behind and when went back in the afternoon they could not locate our closet belongings. New owners are unorganized. We will not be staying here again.

Hot tub never worked while we were there. Odd smell to the whole place. Breakfast lady was kinda creepy (stroking my daughter's hair). Odd smell to the place. Price gouged for spring break. Not close enough to the ocean to be worth it. Just go stay in Corpus. Owner/Desk was super nice though.
