The best La Quinta we've stayed at

Pros: Clean rooms, great breakfast!
Cons: It's too bad it's not right on the beach, because everything else was perfect.
Location: Shell shops, convenience store, pharmacy, lots of restaurants.
We had a great time at Padre Island, and the La Quinta was amazing. It was clean, the staff friendly, new nice décor, and a wonderful breakfast. We've stayed at a number of La Quintas over the years, and we can say this one was the best, not just because it was next to the beach and shops, but because every detail of the stay was perfect. We will return the next time we're there, and would recommend it to anybody.

Hotel location was ideal as it was only a short drive to the beach and a short drive to shops and restaurants.

There was one young guy that seemed to manage the hotel and was there all the time. Great service and very dedicated. The price was a bit high for the quality of the hotel.

Great service and the room was very nice. I really liked the location. It was easy to find places to shop and eat. I would go back when I need a place to stay.
