There hotel location was excellent. There room was clean and fully equipped with all the amenities one could want. The view from the room balcony was breath taking. The food from the glass pavilion restaurant was excellent. Mixed drinks always wonderful. Great stay! Would highly recommend.

The view from the hotel is really nice. The hotel restaurant was great. There wet sauna did not work but the over stay was great.

Pros: Room was very clean and had a nice balcony.
Cons: Ridiculous that I was charged .50 to make a phone call to a local restaurant. I would have used my cell phone if I knew they charged for local calls.
You have to pay to park your car in the garage, I'd rather that be included in the room rate than having to pay extra each day. Had several problems with our room keys only working once and while I was out for the afternoon the front desk didn't want to issue my wife a new room key since the reservation was in my name, even after showing them her ID - fortunately they finally did. But then my wife felt like she couldn't leave the room again until I got back because she was afraid they wouldn't issue another key and it would stop working again. My wife tried to utilize the onsite spa while I was out and couldn't get help or service from the staff. The 1 spa staff person was overwhelmed and couldn't even make her a reservation for later in the day. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I did not want to leave. Waking up to that view was amazing. The staff went overboard to meet our needs. Their breakfast Buffet is delicious. Definitely staying there on my next trip to Corpus Christi.

While staff was great the hotel cleanliness is terrible and it is very dated. Bathroom was dirty (toilet bowl not scrubbed and hair and dust on toilet) Gross right? Wait it gets better........keep in mind I have a 6 yr old and 4 yr old....and cleanliness is the top priority when staying in a hotel......after leaving the bathroom we noticed a toenail on the carpet....EEEEWWWWWW! Don't stay here, dirty and very dated! Not what I expected from an Omni hotel!!

Pros: Beach front location, good food if you don't mind waiting 45 minutes to an hour for it. Great covered parking accommodations. Great SPA.
Cons: Providing consistent daily cleaning of rooms would be ideal.
Location: A ton of eateries and pubs are conveniently well within walking distance.
We registered and were processed promptly. The hotel restaurant staff is ever so courteous and friendly. My wife & I went out for the day particularly on Sunday; when we returned late in the afternoon, our room had not been serviced and bed was still not made. My wife called the front desk, the gentleman on the phone told my wife "Thank you for letting us know" and hung up. He did not make any effort to apologize or did he inform us that someone would come directly. Since we departed the following day (Labor Day), I guess "they" felt no need to provide service since we would be leaving anyway.
