What I liked was the staff was friendly and very helpful, the only thing I didn’t like was they were down to 1 elevator working.

Other than one of the guest elevators being out of service, this is a great hotel. Conveniently located to the water, the USS Lexington, Bank of America Center, art museum and Aquarium.

My only gripe with this and I heard it from several other guests as well was the paid parking thing. I would expect that if I'm paying premium for a location such as this, the parking fee is waived off for guests.

The stay was amazing but Housekeeping was Just terrible Stayed for 2 nights and came back to everything was still the same as I left it no clean towels no new sheets and room service trays and trash cans full I’m not sure when they clean and this room was for 4 people my self and my family

The hotel was in fine condition and clean. Staff was friendly. Got a free cookie that was tasty :) Easy access to the north beach. Not clear on how to get back southbound because of construction. Surrounding area isn’t great - lack of restaurants, etc. You do have to pay for parking which I wasn’t expecting. The hotel and room really wasn’t worth the value. But nothing was wrong with the hotel itself
