Disappointed.

We were very disappointed in the quality of the room. The hotel was advertised as recently remodeled. If it was, it was a terrible job. Will not be back there

Business trip w/ time to relax

Was in town on business, but had time in the evening to relax and walk the beach. Sure was nice to hear the seagulls and watch the waves roll in from my balcony. Really nice view of the bay!

Excellent location with below average conditions

We reserved a room with balcony with sea view to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Arrived at the hotel at 4:20 pm since the check in time was 4:00 pm, requested for sea view room but there was none available. The male receptionist (Andy) very polite and concern but a women in blue jacket had some attitude, any way, we were asked to wait for 45 minutes if we want that room. It took 1hr and 20 min to prepare the room. The bathroom had hair on the floor, microwave would make noise like a generator. In short it is an excellent location with below average quality

Worst hotel ever.

The front desk was very rude and unhelpful. Our room wasn't ready for almost 2 hours past the check in time. They put us in the 1st available room that was clean and it was not the room we booked. We booked an ocean view but was put in a pool view. Couples were fooling around in the hot tub the entire weekend and the staff did not check on the pool or stop it. My children could not go out on the balcony because of the adult acts taking place in the jacuzzi. The parking lot was used for maintenance storage just next to the pool under our balcony was an old bathtub and stacks of old pool furniture. The front desk told us the restaurant only offers a buffet in the summer however, they did offer a breakfast buffet and the banners on the outside of the hotel advertised it. We have called the Raddison corporate office and they said we would be called back in 36 to 48 hours to resolve our concerns. We have never heard from them.

Beautiful view right on the beach

Easy check in. Booked online. Room was on 7th floor with ocean view. Beautiful sunrise. Peaceful. Clean & fresh rooms. Staff was very helpful. Bar was overpriced $30 for 2 margaritas. Blackbeards across from hotel was amazing food, blackened shrimp tacos with coconut sauce. Yum
