Rooms small. Now its my forth day without room service. My service request was changed from later to no service on the door. Today I got a notice saying 12:15 you requested privacy. Come to the front desk and tell us when you want it. I go to front desk 12:15 (their clock as many things was wrong). I tell them that I am leaving and they can go clean the room any time. Coming back ... Nothing. I forgot to mention that my room its next to Home Depot yard and every morning they start unloading and moving things around 6:00 AM. Of course many other things (broken tiles on floor, no paper in the room, etc.).I am leaving this feedback so no other people do the same mistake. I have used RI many times before (not this one) and I was really happy. I have been in many hotels in many countries. This hotel has NO SERVICE and I will never use it again.

Thank you for taking time to fill out a review. I am very sorry your room did not get serviced. We strive to provide our guests an exceptional experience, but we clearly fell short. I have addressed this with my housekeeping staff to ensure this doesn't occur in the future. We truly hope that you will allow us a chance to make up for this.
