The elevator was malfunctioning, and needed to be reset by the staff on multiple occasions. The 3rd floor had a strong humid smell. The air conditioning in the room was unbalanced, creating spots that were either incredibly hot or incredibly cold. Certain areas of the floor felt like it had weak points (holes) underneath the carpet, and the carpet itself was sticky and grimy. The only saving point for this facility was the staff, who were all very kind and willing to assist.

Place needs a major over haul. Soft spots in the floor didn’t make me feel safe. Carpet was so nasty I wore my shoes the whole time. Front desk lady lied to me about checking me out a day early and I got billed an extra day. Do not stay here.

Breakfast service was good but needed more options and needed to be refilled sooner. The furniture was old and ripped and had stains on both the furniture and the old dirty rugs on the floor. The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned ever and was still the carpet when they first opened

The hotel downgraded me on their own. When I got to the property they said they would refund me and Expedia agreed with the resolution. I never received the refund. Expedia would not let me cancel the reservation even though the room is not what I ordered.

1 bedroom suite
I usually stay at a Staybridge Suites, but this one has it's pros and cons. Location is great, everything is 15 minutes or less near. Arrival was great and smooth. Air conditioner was cold. Extremely dissapointed that the hot buffet wasnt served due to issues in the oven. Room has a good setup but rooms need update. Pool is abandoned and an eyesore Light bulbs were burndt out, ice maker didnt work properly, sofa was old and sagging, toilet wasnt clean, overall I am sad an IHG Hotel looks like this one. It definitely needs some TLC. I'll probably look for something else next time like an Embassy Suites or Homewood Suites

Good thing the staff are fantastic
The staff was fabulous and the young lady who did the breakfast layout did such a good job, you almost hated to have breakfast and disturb things! The carpet in our room was badly stained in several areas, the towel and shower curtain fixtures were loose, and the mattress was absolutely terrible...overly soft and we both rolled to the center.

To start off they have complications with my reservation my room is not available and I had to be downgraded but yet no compensation was made. halfway through my stay they booked my room to a different gentleman and he was trying to open my door luckily I had the extra locks on.

This hotel needs to be shut down for its remodel. It is not clean and they have roaches. It is ridiculously overpriced. And if you have pets, they charge $175 per pet. Plus They don’t even have a pool. That is not the worst part of our stay. We booked a room a month in advance. A 2 room 2 queen size beds for $600. Upon arrival but without any warning, not even at check in, we were downgraded to a 1 bedroom with double beds. We went back to check in desk and only then did she say it was in her notes that the air conditioner went out and so they had to put us in a “similar” room. On top of all this they were going to charge us the same price as the bigger room. We tried calling corporate and they were no help at all. Do yourself a favor and find a different hotel. We will never stay at this hotel ever again.

This hotel was terrible. When we got to our room, it was dirty, no towels in the room, floor was dirty still have trash on it, Since we got there at 10pm I just wiped down everything and showered, went to bed. At 2am, i was waken up by a spider crawling on me and when I got up there was one other spider crawling on my son's pillow. When we finally got up in the morning, getting ready for breakfast(before we check out - we had plan to stay there for a week) there was a 2 inches cockroach planned hisself on the wall. Yes, we did check out and left. The manager refused to do any refund for us. She said, she put 10,000 on my IGH account - that was a LIE, she said wait 24 hours for it to show up on my account, It has been 4 days since we check out absolutely nothing on my account. I will post the pictures of the cockroaches, dirty floor and everything if Expedia would let me,

STAY AWAY!
This hotel was DISGUSTING! They gave away our reserved 2 bedroom suite without telling us (even at check in). It wasn’t until we went to our room we discovered it wasn’t what I booked. I talked to the Manager and her response was “oh, you were the person I was supposed to call.” They moved someone else into our reserved room to accommodate them. The hotel is run down, rusty, and dirty. Our room was a 2 queen bed room. The beds barely fit in the space and we had to squeeze around the 2nd bed to get to the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty, with rusty vents and the size of a closet. You could not stand near the toilet and close the door or you would be trapped. The shower was moldy and there were holes in our towels. After showers, our feet were black from walking barefoot on the carpet. All of this for $250.. highway robbery! There is a Holiday Inn Express that shares the same parking lot and a Tru hotel across the way. Both are about $100 cheaper.

The biggest problem is the chair for the desk is ridiculously low and does not raise to anywhere near a comfortable level. Not comfortable if you need to work while saying but other than that it was fine.
