worst stay ever!!!!!!

It was horrible not as it seems in pictures pool was out and at 9:30 pm the front desk clerk just walked straight into our rm. While my husband was getting out of shower he was in the nude getting his clothes out of drawer n she walked straight back out so we couldn't catch her then we called front desk to see what she needed she said she didn't know anyone was in that rm. N hung up...after that I couldn't trust leaving my stuff in rm. Or wondering if someone was gonna come in again....the handle that holds door in place did nt work we even called manager wrote a statement on the situation and he never ed replied to calls or letter..

Regarding this situation the team will be retrained for any incidents like this to occur. We did have couple of upgrades to our computer system which caused a glitch. We really enjoyed the room, it was large, clean, and spacious. The only downfall was the breakfast and no pool. They need to update online service if the pool is not open.

Room was good for the price. OK location, Restaurants stores, businesses are located about 10 mins from the hotel. I could get right on & off the freeway and have access to everything I needed. Located 10 mins from Seashore Dr., Convention Center and Aquarium. The hotel isn't anything Fancy, but I felt safe and comfortable. Air Condition was great. Pool was out of service.

Fully adequate for basic needs

All I wanted was a bed & shower for cheap that would be near a cycling event in town and this fit the bill nicely, right off the highway. Disappointed not to have wi-fi in room (as advertised) but desk staff was very helpful, printing off maps for me (they said the lack of wi-fi was weather-related). Restaurants were plentiful to the south & easily accessible by highway. Full breakfast was a treat.

Location: en Corpus Cristi todo esta cerca.
Creo que es un engaño, te dice la publicación que tiene 35 % de descuento, pero un hotel tan pésimo como este no puede costar 35 % mas de lo que pagamos, La habitación sucia, olor terrible a pies, instalaciones viejas, la taza del baño estaba rota, el WC tapado, La alfombra estaba rota y vieja, El internet nunca funciono en nuestra habitación y fue la misma queja de otros huéspedes, solo funcionaba en el Lobby, el desayuno incluye huevos, carne de hamburguesa, jugos, pan dulce, pan de caja, el desayuno es lo único bueno y eso si lo calientas tu mismo en el Microondas, al siguiente día nos cambiamos a un mejor hotel por 20 dólares mas fue un mundo de diferencia. Dirty Room, Terrible Foot smell, old room, old carpet, WC was not working and broken, Internet was broken in our room other guest said the same problem it only work at the lobby, The breakfast is OK but cold.

Very unpleasant stay

The hotel was pictured as a 2.5 star hotel. Our room was definitely that of a 1 star motel - or what we'd imagine it to be, since it was one of the worst stays we have ever had. The carpet was wet and murky. The air was heavy and stinky. There were scuff marks all over the walls and the tiles on the bathroom wall were broken and laying by the wall. There was mold in the bathtub. Numerous fixtures were missing or broken. Heavy dust film was generally seen. The only reason we stayed was bc we arrived late and were to check out in a few hours and did not want the hustle of looking for another hotel. The hotel has potential, but needs an overhaul and good, regular maintenance. Our loyalty to expedia after this unpleasant experience was saved by our next destination, which was characteristic of the description seen during the booking process.

STAY AWAY!!

DONT DO IT!! Pictures are decieving. Hotel cancellation policy is a trap. Neighborhood was terrible. If you dont care where you lay your head at night then this is the place for you. If you have standards for where your family sleeps then dont waste your time and money on this dump!
