Liking the Recent Renovations

Our room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable, the front desk experience pleasant, and the complementary breakfast substantial. Renovations on the hotel continue with "please excuse our dust" notification at check in. But I did not see any work in progress, only the good results.

Nice hotel if you travel on budget. Nice room. Staffs are also friendly

The FILTHIEST hotel EVERY!!!!!

Pros: The lady at the front desk was nice.
Cons: This place needs to be totally redone.
Location: This is my home town and I went in to be with my Mother during her surgery but slept very little and was exhausted while I was at the hospital.
This is the Filthiest Hotel I have ever been in. Blood was splattered on the sheets and the comforter was soiled. Thank goodness I had my sleeping bag with me and laid it over the bed to sleep. That place gives me with creeps it is soooo dirty. The refrigerator was extremely loud. Bathroom floor did not look clean.

I do apologize that your felt that your room was not clean, i was alerted to your complaints the morning after you checked out and i did not see the issues in your room that you had problems with. As you are aware we are currently going through a total remodel and our housekeepers are working overtime trying to keep up with the remodeling dust and debris that is being created. I do hope you will come back and see our exciting new look when it is completed.

Convenient hotel for our trip.

The hotel is a bit dated. Obviously some things are economical upgrades resulting in things like 2 switches controlling the lights by the bed. But overall a nice place to stop.

Management took good care of me when there was a problem with my third party booking. Got me into my room when I was exhausted and great communication afterward resolving the issue.
