“Mildew smell on 3rd floor, carpet was wet in the room, ceiling was obviously leaking. Shower was filthy.”

“My room was clean. The Television was missing it's power cord. The blackout blinds were not functional. Blinds had electronic wall plate, sheer blind moved up and down, blackout blind didn't move. Room had full light from parking lot, I could read my book without having to use a lamp. I reported both issues to the front desk at check out.”

“Cheap, clean, comfy, and effective! I enjoyed my stay here on short notice! My room had a coffee bar and the towels were folded into cute fans or shell like patterns! Incredible detail and comes with conditioning shampoo dispenser, body wash and hand soap! My favorite part of my stay is the tv!”

“Hotel was fair for the price. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was simple and fine. Pool was cloudy but possibly because so many kiddos in it. Room was clean. No major complaints.”

“Room was clean but the picture they have on here for multiple beds looks like separate rooms it was not it just had multiple beds in one room. Hot tub was not filled up all the way over the jets. The beds are very comfortable but for someone that is short and old and can’t jump the beds were to high. We had to put my mother on fold out couch for her to sleep.”

“I’m handicap and required a room equipped as such, or first floor. I was placed as far away from the elevator on the second floor as possible. Arrived early enough to explore this concern, no rooms had started check in. Nothing worked such as vending machines, ice machines and no concerns over the function. It was indicated with a very high volume of people with no extra controls for service. Wouldn’t book again.”

“I didn’t like how we stayed on the second floor and all day and all night people on the 3rd floor were running and stomping all down the hallway. We had to call downstairs to the staff and ask them if they could call to the 3rd floor to stop running and stomping every 5 minutes of the day and night”

“Breakfast was marginal”

“The guest chair in the room was torn and there was a hole in the wall where the door knob hit the wall. Only 1 out of 3 hinges of the connecting door to the adjacent room was attached to the door frame. We had to use that door to enter our relative's room when our brother-in-law fell in the bathroom. Their room had a walk-in shower but the curtain didn't prevent water from getting on the floor. The lobby area was not clean and the chairs in the breakfast area were badly stained. The bed……

“If you are looking to stay at the Italy Inn, you should know that it is the upstairs of a large convenience store. Not much there in ways of amenities or scenery, but it will do in a pinch. Room was clean and inexpensive. We were staying there for a local bike ride in Italy, Texas. Far from luxury, but good enough to get the job done”

“Air conditioning worked but too much noise from other residents barbecuing and partying until after midnight. Room decor had been patched but refurbishment not finished. Not Impressed and would not stay there again.”
