The reservation was for a first floor room with two queen beds. When we arrived we were told the room we reserved was not cleaned, but we could have a similar room on the third floor. There was no elevator. The third floor room cost $6.00 more than the first floor room, and the desk clerk insisted we pay the extra money or we could "go elsewhere." The laundry machines were out of order, the "breakfast" was dry cereal and sour milk. The coffee machine in our room was not functioning. The hallways were dirty, the floor in our room was dirty. The shelf in our bathroom was hanging loosely. Another man who checked in before us came back to the lobby to tell the clerk the beds weren't made and the towels were dirty.
This is the worst place I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in some pretty seedy places. A refund is definitely in order, and it should be removed from Expedia's offerings.
