The reservation was for a first floor room with two queen beds. When we arrived we were told the room we reserved was not cleaned, but we could have a similar room on the third floor. There was no elevator. The third floor room cost $6.00 more than the first floor room, and the desk clerk insisted we pay the extra money or we could "go elsewhere." The laundry machines were out of order, the "breakfast" was dry cereal and sour milk. The coffee machine in our room was not functioning. The hallways were dirty, the floor in our room was dirty. The shelf in our bathroom was hanging loosely. Another man who checked in before us came back to the lobby to tell the clerk the beds weren't made and the towels were dirty. This is the worst place I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in some pretty seedy places. A refund is definitely in order, and it should be removed from Expedia's offerings.

There were no rooms on the first floor as all of the TV's were out on that floor The hotel is filthy and the lock on the entry door on the back where the parking is is non-existent. No security at all. Also the smoke detector in my room was gone. And no handicap accessible rooms with a TV.

Only waffles or 2 kinds of cold cereal for breakfast. The waffles did not taste good. The TV did not work and there was no person to help us with that.

Mam the prices are very low and the hotel was only giving certain thing in breakfast , if the tv was not working , you should have let the front know.

I never got to stay because I had an emergency with my older daughter. Tried to cancel my reservation but it was too late to do so. I was so angry because if my daughter was ok I would have been there. There should be ways to get a refund back when things like this happen especially when you can’t spare the extra $5.

I am sorry for the inconvinence but the cancelation policy is 48 hours and in case of an emergency its 24 hours.

I never stayed in Super 8! This wa the first and the last!!! I got it is because of convenience and it is by "Wyndham I guess there is different Wyndham but some potheaded. Hallways were filthy.. cigarette butts on the floor. Room floor dirty, can't walk around barefoot. Bedding had funky like sweat smell, towels were rough and dirty. Sink/shower outdated. Customer service terrible dude was in a hoodie and didn't understood what he was saying 😑 in the morning for check out no one was there in the front! Just the sticker with phone number for those that want to check in. If you there in the area go to BW is literally next to it. Avoid this place.

Advertised free breakfast, which was a reason it was selected. Had choice of cold cereal, yogurt, and small pre-packaged muffins. Ended up eating breakfast at off-site restaurant, costing us a fair amount. Super 8 is off my list of choices.Also, vending and ice machines were out of order.

Not enough light in the room too cheap to replace lightbulbs that were burnt out uneven floor patchwork on walls not real happy with super right there breakfast attendant wore a dirty hoodie when he come in to replenish the bar entry way to the check-in. Desk was very neat and clean, but the rest of it was not Probably never stay at a super eight again

Wasn't anything fancy, but was perfect for a few nights in Cortez for the eclipse. Everything was reasonably clean though some things were definitely showing their age.

To much fragrance used in the room.
The TV did not work and the light fixture did not have a bulb, probably because the light socket was hanging down from the fixture. Could not sleep due to the heavy scent used to wash the sheets, left with a horrible headache.

We reserved a 1st floor room, even had proof/ Expedia that stated i booked a first floor room. Its why i chose to stop here. At check in he told me No. Not possible. 2nd floor. Room stank. No screens on windows. None. Bathroom dirty. Didnt even take a shower. Sheets had stains on them. Visable stains. We were so tired and so disappointed. Stayed next night Ramada Inn out side Flagstaff. Wonderful room! Wonderful staff! Same price! I will never book via Expedia again. I will never stay in Super 8 again.

Several issues!
Thin ceiling meant we could hear upstairs neighbors walking most of the night on squeaking floor. Towel holder missing. Bathtub not draining. Electrical outlet that wouldn’t accept curling iron. No instructions on use of heater/AC. Front desk wasn’t answering phone. Thin blankets so we had to request more from front desk.

Just was not comfortable. Signs up about security all over car park. The view of the widow was of a 6 foot wall 5 foot away from hotel with a stencil imprint of an elk for pleasure
