Front desk associate pulled up our reservation, it showed we had booked ‘just one room.’ I produced several emails from Hotels.com, showing (2) rooms had indeed been booked. With some effort, she was able to produce their ‘one last room,’ the two at opposite ends of the hotel from one another. The rooms themselves were fine, we really just needed a good night’s sleep before driving home the next morning. I cannot say if the reservation glitch was on Hotels.com or Rodeway, but we made the best of it.
