Parking was a bit difficult due to limited number of spots. Wasn’t aware if $75 pet fee until checkin, despite reading all registration correspondence and trying to find anything about pet fees on their website. Also was not aware of a $10 parking fee until final checkout. Other than these undisclosed fees, had no problems with our stay. Checkout time is noon, which is an hour later than other hotels.

Check in was typical- all interactions were with college students that didn’t want to be working. Watch out for the “free breakfast” in the amenities, turns out you have to pay more for Your room rate to get the free breakfast! Our heater unit did not work in the room. Since we didn’t realize this until midnight we ended up freezing all night instead of calling for service. Not the best stay!

Conveniently located next to Oregon State University campus. Friendly staff. Access to Groome shuttle if you opt not to rent a vehicle. Downside for me, the fitness center was minimal; missing a pullup bar of some type. A little pricey, try to find a deal if you're considering it.

Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Carpets in common areas on our floor are in pretty rough shape. Elevators seem worn out. Location could not be better for a visit to OSU.

Great location if you are visiting a student at OSU or going to a sporting event at Oregon State! Everything was clean, quick and easy check in, and the staff was super friendly and helpful! I will definitely stay here again! However, make your reservations well in advance, this hotel fills up quick!!

Great hotel, pet friendly, was surprised by the $10 Parking fee, but add it to the list I suppose. Staff was outstanding, room and bed were clean and comfortable. Great location if you have an EV, you can charge up across the street at the Blink chargers in the OSU parking lot.

We always try to choose the Hilton Corvallis due to its great location. We ate Friday night in the bar area & everything was excellent. I've been noticing that the guest rooms, hallways, carpets, etc are getting way too dated. For the prices you are now charging it is time for a refresh. Also, add the parking fee into the room rate.

Great location and nice room. Bar hours are not very convenient (open late/close early) and I was not at all happy to pay $10 for self-park. Had I known there was a charge, I would have parked somewhere close and walked.

Great customer service,
Second time staying at this hotel. I was here about 4 years ago and it didn’t seem like much had changed in the rooms. The restaurant provided a few great meals and I found the staff to be very friendly and provided wonderful tips for things to do around town.
