Posted Nov 13, 2016
Location: Just off I-5 on east side of exit 32. Exit off ahead of overpass in both directions. If you miss the exit southbound, it's another 5 mi. to next e.
Suite clean and comfortable. Suite divided into sleep and work/entertainment sections. In-room microwave oven, refrigerator and coffee maker. Free in-room popcorn, coffee and condiments. If arriving late and front desk empty, contact clerk via phone number (countertop business cards). A couple of restaurants nearby or drive west across the I-5 overpass to most restaurants in Albany. Request maps at front desk.

Very nice hotel in Albany!

Posted Nov 7, 2016
Pros: Spacious room, breakfast included, right by I-5.
Cons: The breakfast choices should be rotated every day; this would cater to guests staying more than a couple days. The AC unit.
Location: Right by I-5 and highway 20; easy access to freeway and restaurants, shopping.
Excellent location, all employees bent on service, very responsive. Room was huge, lots of living space, very clean. AC unit is very adequate, but it is of the type that shuts off the fan, which then is very disruptive when the unit kicks in again.

Handy location, comfortable room.

Posted Oct 30, 2016
Location: Dennys restaurant is just across the road, making it handy for a quick dinner.
Located near I5 and hwy 20, yet rooms are quiet. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was delicious. Nothing negative to say.

Prepaid, "oversold by Expedia"

Posted Oct 24, 2016
I prepaid on Expedia three weeks before my stay. I called two weeks before to verify the reservation is all good. I got a call from Phoenix Inn 24hrs before my arrival wanting to verify my stay (all is good), only to be told AT THE DESK that "Expedia oversold my room type". My two queen room had been changed to a single king with a sofa sleeper and a living room jacuzzi tub. Not cool, especially for two dudes staying together whom aren't related. The sofa sleeper mattress was blown out soft and the foot of the bed higher than the head, along with the cross bar positioned right across your shoulder blades. Sleeping on the sofa would have been the better choice. Since we were staying two nights, they did put us into a double queen (what I originally booked) on the second night - after I asked. This should have been automatically proposed by the clerk the first night. In the future I will not prepay on Expedia and will reserve another place as back up, call to confirm 24hrs ahead and then make the decision which to go with. Since Expedia makes me pick either yes or no if I would recommend this hotel to a friend - I picked yes but I didn't want to pick either!

It was clean and close to the freeway. We've stayed here before. The only complaint was our window wouldn't open and we like fresh air to sleep.

What a nice hotel!

Posted Oct 7, 2016
Pros: The room, it was spacious, inviting and very comfortable.
Cons: Everything was great, I wouldn't change a thing
Location: Albany was a quaint little town, had plenty of stores and restaurants. Really liked the Fred meyer. Corvallis was nearby and also very nice.
We stayed here while visiting our daughter at Oregon state. It's a very nice hotel, great public areas, nice breakfast area, pool and hottub were very nice. Room was spacious and very clean! We will definitely stay here again! Staff was super friendly! Loved it!

One night stay....wonderful.

Posted Oct 2, 2016
Pros: everything
Cons: nothing, but select room facing Denny's (away from freeway noise)
Location: Safeway, Fred Meyers, etc. close by, Denny's across street, fuel nearby.
Very nice hotel, close to freeway so easy to find. A one night pit stop for us on the way to somewhere else. Very large room, very comfortable bed, new modern decor, clean, great breakfast, police next door so no worries about the car....about the only issue was the noise from freeway if your room is facing HI5. Very happy with this hotel and the price we got thru Expedia. Will stay here again if conditions permit.

5-Star Hotel on I-5 !!!

Posted Sep 16, 2016
This place was fantastic! The price was so reasonable for everything it offered. It was a great night's sleep with a comfy bed and pillows. Very professional staff. Easy parking. Great breakfast with many choice. I would go back again and highly recommend to anyone having to travel I-5 south from Seattle. Decided to book this place in Albany, OR instead of Eugene, OR and so glad I did.

Pros: The location and the cleanliness and comfort.
Location: The location was close to Interstate 5 and to main roads leading to downtown Albany. There is a historical district downtown that is interesting.
This hotel was easier to find and to drive to and from than other hotels in Albany. I found the staff to be helpful. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and quiet.
