Please be aware if you come with a large group and a car. The check-in instruction provided by the hotel was inaccurate. We came with a car and found it so confusing upon arrival. There was no pass-code provided for the garage as the instruction message stated. Later we found that we have to check-in with the kiosk first and then used the activated room card to open the garage. We stuck at the gate for half an hour because of this. “The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The staff were all helpful and kind. ”
