Great hotel with nice poolPosted Sep 27, 2015
This is a fabulous little hotel with a lovely pool, generous breakfast and good location away from the busy centre but still close and a short walk to a great beach. Most staff very friendly but a couple of grumpy ones. Free leg massages when I was there which were great.

Family friendly hotelPosted Sep 20, 2015
Thus is the second time we've stayed at this hotel, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and the hotel feels modern and stylish stayed here twice with a child and always found it an easy place to stay.

Decent enough stay a bit out of the centrePosted Sep 17, 2015
Pros: Quiet location
Cons: The air conditioning system was a problem.
Decent enough stay. Have stayed here before, but standard rooms that used to be at the back of the main block are now mostly in the new extension. These rooms are much smaller and have not been very well finished. For example the cheap fittings in the bathroom are already suffering water damage; and plastering not very well finished either and we had to purchase bleach to neutralise the drain smell from the sink. On arrival there had been a heavy rain shower and there were leaks in some corridors and the staff had to resort to using towels to mop up. We got lost trying to find our room until we could work out the signage; and we saw others who also got lost. We had problems with the air conditioning unit and had to use of a bucket to catch the drips on some nights, though the staff were helpful enough. The hotel is at the low end of 4*.

buonoPosted Sep 1, 2015

Not worth the 4 stars but ok for a short stayPosted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Cleanliness and facilities in room
Location: Location was fine about 20 minutes from the centre but a nice beach walk along the coast makes the time fly by
Our experience of the hotel on arrival was great a modern and well presented hotel which seemed to live up to the 4 stars on offer, however on entering the room all these great first impressions were spoilt. The room was pretty basic and hadn't been cleaned to the standard expected for check in (we found a tablet on the floor?!) plus the room details and usual welcoming notes were scrappy and tired. It's only a small thing but it counts. There were also a lot of ants. The room service cleaned to a barely acceptable standard each day and we were given dirty towels on one occasion. The hotel facilities were ok, the main pool was far too busy but the second pool (which we found by chance and thought was a private pool) was quiet. The wifi at the hotel wasn't very strong and it took a long time to get hooked up to it. The staff were very helpful and lovely especially when me and my partner got our phones stolen. In summary this is a hotel which is fine for a few days as a cheap and no frills hotel but don't expect the 4 star luxury advertised as you will be disappointed
