Spotless, well managed hotel.
This was our third stay at this hotel, and once again it didn’t disappoint! I can honestly say that it is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, and the high standards are maintained throughout the hotel. The food choice is excellent, although the dining room is large and can become a little noisy at times! There is a small spa, which we enjoyed a couple of times, and at 3 euro a session is a real steal! Everything at this hotel runs like clockwork, and with the beach within a 2 minute walk, we will definitely be back!

Great. Overall nice hotel for relaxing. Front desk is very helpful and welcoming. They shouldn’t be charging for using the room safe. We are in 21st century.

Great hotel for families
Great for families. Good pool with family activities around. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My two inputs to them would be 1) they need to make parking easier and the walk from the far parking road could use a gate into the pool area (key card controlled), otherwise the walk is long around several apartment buildings, and 2) the wifi speeds are terrible - worst of any hotel we stayed at during this trip. They have the best pool area we saw in the area.

Would stay again!
Very friendly staff, nice and clean hotel and room with the bonus of free water and chocolates in the room. Close to the seafront (5 minute walk) with plenty of restaurants to choose from for those who don't want to be restricted to eating in the hotel. Street parking and the hotel has it's own good sized underground car park for those who have a rental car. Very good breakfast with everything available and a chef's station for those who want a freshly cooked food. Didn't use the outside pool but looked very nice with lovely views of the mountains nearby.

The hotel was nice, seemed very oriented to seniors, and the area it was in was super quiet, restaurants were all closed, likely as we there after kids had gone back to school. Included breakfast was great, good selection of food. There were a couple odd things, which were a little off-putting, the requirement to rent the safe in your room! I've stayed in hundreds of hotels, never had to pay to use a safe before. As in some other Spanish hotels, there were 2 twin beds shoved together, but still made up as single beds, I'd rather they were made up as one king...

Good clean hotel,good choice of food as a diabetic it ca;n some times be restricted in choice not here plenty of variety of fruit. Limited parking. But payable under ground safe parking. Would we go back yes.

First of all the hotel 4* well I cant work out how they rate hotels in Spain or their islands I have definitely stopped in better and a few that have been worse .The hotel was clean and friendly the food probally as good as buffet food gets the rooms are basic and fairly small but the bathrooms I do rate as 4* however things like towels beds and bedding not quite up to scratch .Most of the staff very good but early morning chefs ? showed little intrest and no enthusiasm in their work .Must be honest rate this hotel as 3*.

Great Hotel
Lovely modernised hotel. Comfortable beds and great showers. Only complaint was the heating was on and couldn't be put off nor the aircon on, which meant we needed to sleep with the balcony door open. Stayed off season and there was still entertainment provided in the Bar at night- which is very unusual. Buffet breakfast was great- something for everyone and cooking stations. Friendly staff. Woulld certainly stay here again if I was in Roses area

Perfect hotel for the price and location.
Hotel and location is right on point. Outside exterior does not do justice for the hotel at all. Inside is up to date, rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast and dinner is excellent. I love the fact that it is all you can eat buffet. Selection of food is awesome for those who are picky. My only issue is not enough lighting in the rooms, and the refrigerator did not work. They definitely need to add more lights or brighter lights. I recommend this hotel to all who come to Roses.

The hotel is in a great location set back from the sea front, but set in amazing well kept gardens, which is a huge bonus. Our room overlooking the pool was spacious and a large bathroom, a lovely terrace with furniture. The room was kept spotlessly clean as is the rest of the hotel. The restaurant serves buffet style meals, breakfast and dinner are excellent with great choices and speciality dinners each evening. very well organised, you can either sit inside the restaurant or in the conservatory overlooking the garden. Wine is very reasonable. Entertainment good in the evening, and it is good for the children. There are 3 pools, one specially for the adults with sunbeds and umberellas. There is a lovely poolside bar serving food and drinks. It really is a super hotel, cannot fault it. Will return.

Great hotel for a stay in Roses
The hotel is very good. From what we could see, probably one of the best in the resort. Having said that, there isn't a lot of competition for the hotel. Roses doesn't have many hotels compared to other Spanish resorts. There are far more apartments here. Mediterranio Park is a modern hotel, clean and well kept. The pool area is lovely. 3 pools, plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The room was a bit smaller than ideal and we were not lucky enough to get a pool view, but instead we overlooked the road. But obviously someone has to. The hotel wasn't far from the beach. Only real complaint: no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Overall, very happy with our stay. Roses is a very nice resort. Long, beautiful sandy beach, nice promenade running along it. It has an old town with plenty of bars and restaurants, although we favoured the restaurants along the promenade. Definitely enjoyed our stay there.

An excellent hotel just a short walk from the beach. The staff were great, particularly the waiting staff in the dining room (well done Renata)and the whole hotel runs like clockwork. We stayed on a half board basis and found the food to be of an excellent standard with plenty of variety. We were particularly impressed with the wine list which had a great range of excellent wines at very reasonable prices.

We have stayed before at this hotel and always have a lovely time which is why we chose this hotel for our honeymoon. The staff always remain the same year after year and the hotel benefits from staff whom are happy and willing to help. The rooms are very spacious and always cleaned to a high standard. The reception is very bright and inviting, we always stay B&B only and cannot complain about the level of breakfast served in the morning until 10.30am (so you can always benefit from a lie-in). A new wellness centre has been introduced, guests only pay 3euros per visit and you can spend 90 minutes here which is well worth the money. The hotel has two pools outside (my only criticism is that these were freezing cold upon entering but your body does get used to it - honest!!). Fantastic location with lots of restaurants close by and the beach front is only a 5 minute walk. 5 Star plus

Great family holiday hotel
We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is a modern and high quality operation, with a wide international clientele. The half board buffet was consistently good. The location is excellent - very close to beach as well as shops and restaurants. Nothing serious to fault, perhaps beds not the most comfortable and it took a while to check in due to confusion over our triple roombooking. But we would definitely stay again and recommend it highly.

Great hotel for a relaxing break.
We have just returned from a 6 night stay to re-charge our batteries: we chose well. The room was comfortable, the staff friendly & helpful speaking a mixture of Spanish/Catalan/French/English to assist. The buffet should statisfy everyone from the fussiest eater to those who like to widen their culinary repertoire. We plan to return.

The perfect place for young and old to relax
Rosas is one of the more unspoilt locations on the Costa Brava and Hotel Mediterraneo Park is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday. Perfect for young and old with beautiful grounds, generous meals and friendly and welcoming service.

Very good all round staff and facilities good.
Most enjoyable stay will come back again. My friend and I came this time to catch up with memories we have had at Roses in the past. Will come back to this hotel as it suited us for it's convenience in driving from France.

Very satisfying hotel
Hotel was very clean and staff very professional. Food in self service restaurant of a high quality and the choices were varied. The only downside was having to obtain a different wifi code every 24 hours from reception. The bar was very reasonably priced and we would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We found the hotel very comfortable, our only negative experience during the stay was the handling of a wine order at our meal on the first night - the staff asked what wine we wanted without offering a wine list and then didn’t bring any wine despite an order for a bottle, until we chased it with them. The full board meal was a buffet and we only ate there the first night, Roses has a reputation for good food and the hotel food was no match for this. The room was clean and was thoroughly cleaned every day. The staff were generally very helpful, and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checking out before our taxi home. Wifi was one euro for 15 hours access, which was quite reasonable, though the rate was quite slow.

Clean and comfortable, family friendly.
Modern hotel, clean, comfortable and quiet, good sleep. Huge dining area and a good selection for a buffet and food reasonable. Gets busy, so thing run out, its noisy and children running around is not relaxing. Attracts all sorts of groups, families and tours. There is a large garden area with a pool and lots of children's activities.

Stayed for only one night just for a break. Unfortunately we did not get a good nights sleep as the walls are paper thin. It was not other guests TV's or music but their footsteps above and conversations next door. You could hear every word! The food whilst plentiful was fairly mediocre. The reception staff efficient but robotic. The indoor swimming pool was tiny.

Shame about the weather! A nice hotel, with a wonderful pool/garden and courteous staff. Surrounding neighbourhood seemed run down and full of empty apartment blocks - especially quiet during the week. 2 streets back from the seafront, so no feeling of being near the sea when you are in the hotel. Lovely views of the mountains garden/pool and the evening sunset (when not raining) from the rooms on one side of the hotel - but the view from the other side is just grey walls and no sun, so check before you accept/book the room if a view is important to you.

Hotel Mediterraneo Park - Hotel a la Carte
We had high hopes for our visit to Hotel Mediterraneo Park in Roses, Spain. We were not expecting a 5 star experience but we certainly expected more than this hotel delivered. Our room was dusty. The selection of dark wood veneers made a small room feel even smaller. The hallway was very poorly lit during the daytime, despite getting very little natural light. We were charged extra to use the in-room safe. To use towels for the pool, we were charged 2 Euros per towel. While it is clearly an exaggeration, it felt like everything was an extra charge. The breakfast buffet was ample (other than a very limited selection of fresh fruit) but the food lacked any flavor. It may be the time of the year ... mid-May ... but we felt like we were in a retirement home. On the plus side, the pool was nice and the hotel is only a short walk from the beach. We had booked three nights, but left after two nights, forgoing the last (prepaid) night.
