The property is perfect for families with children. It is convenient to shopping, dining and beach. It is located up a fairly steep hill—not great for people who have limited mobility. The food was ok but not excellent. Perfect for younger families

I am very disappointed of this hotel. Very noisy overcrowded and poor organised. Long queues to restaurants, lifts and bar. It seems not enough staff for so many quests. Room was in very bad condition our friends change room twice as broken AC and dirty bathroom and all rooms seems the same. Not recommended if you want get rest on your holiday unless you like place like this.

Hotel Rosamar Garden was great for us, very family orientated, clean, friendly. There was a variety of food at mealtimes, there could've have been a bit more choice with the live cooking section, we did like the kids self service section. However I think this could have been improved if there was a self service drinks section - even getting water was sometimes difficult. The kids entertainment went on pretty late but they loved it. Pools are great! The room was small for four of us, could really do with a bit more space or more adjoining room options. We found it clean and overall had a great time.

Dear Joshua,We do not understand how you can rate at all your stay with us, knowing that the state in which you arrived to the hotel was appalling. Let us remind you that you were drunk in the middle of the street at midnight, sleeping on the pavement. Furthermore, the Police officers brought you to our hotel and, out of compassion, we accepted to accommodate you that same night, despite the fact that the check-in time is at 2.00 pm. All our staff were very kind and polite to you. We also have the surveillance camera records of the check in time as well as the moment when you spoke to the Reception Manager.In conclusion, your opinion is not valid for us and we will try to ignore it.Yours sincerely,

A basic stay
The hotel was ok. The facilities for children were great. The room was ok but had very poor air conditioning which when I complained about I was told to wait and it would eventually go cold. We ended up having to change rooms to a smaller room on the ground floor but the air con was still not great. There is a lot of food choice but all quite basic.

The pool and slides were great for the children. the ground surfaces were very slippery and potentially dangerous. the rooms were extremely small, the beds very uncomfortable, the isolation between rooms almost non existent and the elevators very annoying to use as all 3 ran independently. Great property externally and in general areas but horrible hotel rooms.

Food Lets It Down
Only thing wrong with this hotel is the food. it wasn’t to any of our parties liking. Very much bottom of the scale compared to other all inclusive or full boards hotels we’ve stayed at. Bones in everything and very little options for kids. Other than that it’s a fantastic family resort with plenty on site.

Great for kids but not 4 star hotel
Kids club entertainers were fab! Water in outdoor pool so cold daughters lips were blue after using the slides, shower in room kept turning from burning to freezing and beds were rock hard I could hardly move in the mornings, only toiletries in room were shower gel and a tiny bar of soap, hotel wanted payment to use the iron by the hour which I thought was bad, food was good

Outdoor pools are not heated, they have natural temperature, but we do have one inside big heated pool, available for all our guests. As for the amenities, we offer shampoo, shower gel and soap. Rubbish service
Shower flooded the room day 1, no apology, room change. Next room stank of sewerage. Complained, nothing done about it. The staff were the most unfriendly and miserable I’ve encountered. I had to leave hotel in the end. Animation team was good. They should sack everyone else.

Good family trip-Great entertainment,Mediocre food
Overall a good 6 day visit. Highlights were definitely the animation team doing dances, face painting and entertaining the kids. Really nice and friendly team that made the trip and kept going all day with a smile. The food was varied but not great unfortunately...by the 4th day i struggled to eat in the hotel and went outside despite being all inclusive. Room was as expected and swimming pools and slides good fun. Be aware that you need to pay to use the safe which i found very odd.

We went to this hotel last year as well, really like it in general, my daughter especially enjoys the mini disco. Kids club morning activities are very quiet though, they could have had more interest and more children joining them as there were many kids at the hotel. The other thing i would like to feedback is the kids buffet in the restaurant - they always had sausages and chips in the kids buffet, both in the breakfast and dinner. My daughter insisted on taking her food from there but i wonder why they didn’t offer a bit more healthier options for the children?

We had a fantastic 3 days here, there was so much to do, lots of choice at every meal time, the drink prices were quite reasonable (we were only half board) and the staff were all lovely and helpful.

The pool area was great for slides and loungers were plentiful however the grounds around the pool were quite dirty ie hair and grit on the concrete.

The worst I ever see in my life and I think expedia was not supposed to sell those kind of hotel and in my case first I asked a hotel in barcelona and this was in another city and expedia was supposed to be responsible for my refund . Got a room at 7th floor and it was a bit of disapointment that one of the lifts was broken and they didn’t try to fix it during our stay. The long waitingtime to get a piece of meat at the restaurant could also be frustrating. Everything else was wonderfull about this hotel. Location, staff, cleanness, childrenfriendly and absolutely value dor money. Had overall a great stay.

Well, overall it was ok, near to the beach and lots of fun for the kids under 10 y.o. lets say. In fact there was no swimming pool for adults who actually want o swim , because of the many kids very soon pool was quite dirty and overcrowded. Also a lot of people smoking marijuana near the poll and in the rooms too. The smell was also in the floors... it was impossible to open the door of balcony...food was good, but the plates and glasses not so clean...internet was very poor... Stuff was fine.

Very bad hotel !!!!!!!
Absolutely terrible experience. Went as a family, stayed with friends after a few days of checking in for 1 night and got checked out of our room !!!! And new guests were arriving on that day in our room. No apology given and was made to feel like we were the bad ones as we should of informed them! No care was given when do not disturb sign was on the door. Had to pay £97 to park my hire car in the car park for a week !!! Had to leave and book another accommodation elsewhere to try and save our bad holiday experience. Banging and loud noise until at least mid night. Walls are like paper !!! Never had such a bad experience on a holiday. I’m not one to normally moan but this is a very rare exception. Spa, pools and kids entertainment was good. Food average, breakfast best meal. Clean and modern.

Nice Family hotel
The hotel is well appointed with excellent swimming pools and areas for children. It is in a very "touristy" area with lots of shops catering for holiday makers. We stayed with a 1 year old for a week and it was perfect for us to have break around the pool but in general Lloret lacks a lot of traditional Spanish charm. The beach is lovely but I imagine it will be very busy during school holidays. The food was adequate and catered for our allergies well but quite often lacked signs to inform you of the contents. The hotel has undergone a recent referb and was maintained to a high standard.

Could be a nice hotel but if you go all inclusive you are treated like a second class citizen. Its the little things that let it down, like all inclusive doesn't start till 10am not be able to have a brew when you wake ,up unless all family are up and ready, and go for breakfast .And things like slush puppies at pool for kids have to pay for and ice creams, can get pop ,but things they know kids want no pay, and snacks from the pool bar pay for. They do snacks but mainly left overs from breakfast. And at a certain time, and like main bar beer in plastic cups ,but if you pay nice pint glass ,and misses wanted a strawberry dakoury got told no ,can have a dakoury but if you want strawberry pay.Like i say the little things and have to say the bar staff are rude ,and look very mad to see you.Other than the guy on the pool bar very nice guy, but in all most staff rude. In my mind cleaners seamed,.In my mind all inclusive should be all inclusive, all the time and for everything, get the named differnt country beers, but offer than things like that you should be able to get everything when you want it ,especially a brew. One more thing sorry iv gone on , but cant drink the water there, so asked for bottle of water on the way to shops, for my daughter got told no not till 10am it was 9:45 i mean come on.In all just petty they already have your money so your second class.

Great outdoor pool area. However, there is no non-smoking area outside and guests are free to play loud music by the pool. No amenities at all in the rooms besides soap and towels. Rooms are noisy, not sound insulated well. Staff friendly, but unwilling to help with the amount of smoking at the premises. The parking is questionable, even the payed hotel parking is sketchy. The food was adequate, a typical Spanish hotel buffet. Lobby newly renovated but rooms dated. In all a very good hotel for smokers and people with loud speakers.

We regret very much that some customers are not respectful with the music, but if we detect a very high volume in any area of the Hotel we notify reception and we act quickly to turn down the volume. In outdoor areas, we do not have ashtrays near the pools for those customers who smoke so they bother as little as possible. Le plus apprécié a été le parc aquatique dans l’hôtel qui est en plus bien surveillé par les maîtres nageurs. Les chambres sont simples mais bien nettoyées, les matelas sont de bonnes qualités. Le personnel de l’hôtel est dans l’ensemble très sympathique. Ce que nous avons le moins aimé ce sont les repas qui sont peu variés (toujours les mêmes entrées froides) et la qualité des plats sont moyens.

Tous est super sauf le parking
Tout était parfait de l’accueil jusqu’à la chambre , hôtel, propre et très bien placé pour éviter les effets sonores . Le personnel est très accueillant 😁 . Par compte gros point négatif pour le parking , car lorsqu’on réserve il y a écrit parking mais lorsqu’on arrive à l’hôtel, il faut payer leurs propres parking alors que nous avons déjà réservé une chambre chez eux , je trouve ça dommage de payer un parking dans l’hôtel auquel on reside .
