Accueillant, plein de jeunes, proche du centre

Facile à trouver avec le Gps, personnel à l'accueil très efficace, possibilité de stationner le véhicule à proximité, plage proche ainsi que le centre pour les restaurants et les commerces. Par contre différence de prix entre chambre double et chambre simple inexpliquée! Exactement identique mais situation sur des étages différents (1/6) ; petit déjeuner copieux

Hotel + o- correcto , pero somier cama desastroso

Pros: Desayuno
Cons: Imprescindible somier nuevo para poder dormir en una cama decente..Mas limpieza en general de habitaciones y de la zona de la piscina.
Location: Ubicacion decente.- a diez minutos de la playa
El hotel debio de ser de 3* pero ahora no llega a esa calificacion porque necesita mejoras urgentes :Limpieza muy justita de habitaciones e instalaciones.- Camas limpias pero con el somier hecho un desastre . Totalmente roto ¡¡¡¡ Piscina: bonita pero llena de platos con restos de comida que nadie recoge y comen las gaviotas...da muy mala imagen ¡¡¡¡ Desayuno correcto. Decepcionada porque esperaba mas de un hotel de 3*

En cuanto a sus comentarios, nos gustaría recordar que a medida que las habitaciones van siendo reformadas, éstas van incorporando también colchones nuevos y más cómodos. Incluso hay habitaciones no reformadas que ya cuentan con colchón nuevo. De todas formas, siempre puede acudir a Recepción para poder ayudarle y contribuir a su comodidad ofreciéndole una solución, como un cambio de colchón o habitación en función de la disponibilidad. En cuanto al ambiente, nuestro equipo de seguridad se encarga de mantenerlo lo más tranquilo y respetuoso posible a cualquier hora. Aun así, es posible que en determinados casos los jóvenes se excedan. En casos extremos y necesarios, el hotel se reserva el derecho de admisión. The hotel is a bit tired but very good value, food is decent.Pay for wifi but quite reasonable price.

einfaches und günstiges Hotel

Dies ist ein sehr großes Hotel, wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2. Stock und ständig fuhren Busse vor unserem Zimmer vor um Leute ein- oder aussteigen zu lassen. Das Zimmer war einfach ausgestattet, das Frühstück überraschend gut.

hotel dated, very unclean, cracks in bath, bed springs stgcking out. poor value for money

Terrible, old hotel, lobby looks ok but the rooms are absolutely terrible!

Some of them are renewed and some are not, which are cheaper and let our guests afford it. A run down hotel.

A poor hotel, luckily I was only staying for 3 nights. It was full of loud teenagers which would be expected for lloret. On a plus side the staff were nice even though they messed up my booking and return transfer, had to basically beg the driver to let me on the coach.

The Hotel is old and it looks very tired. It needs a complete revamp. Rooms have no wifi unless you pay 9 euros for very iffy connection. They are dirty, we had to ask reception to send someone to clean the floor and balcony when we arrived. The decor could be 30 years old and looks it. No air con. We only had breakfast but the quality was very poor.
