Las habitaciones se encontraban bien limpias y ordenadas, no tuve problemas dentro de ellas, todo funcionó correctamente. Esta ubicado a 5 minutos caminando de la playa y las tiendas alrededor, la zona es tranquila y de facil acceso y ubicación. Además, me brindaron un late check-out hasta las 3pm.

The staff at the hotel are all very helpful, my issues are ...The buffet breakfast was always cold...yes there is a microwave but a fried egg doesn't work well !! The pool was great but was weary of the steps(ladder) as it was abit on the wobbly side...did inform them... Bar issues only seemed to be open certain times (strange hours)...snacks !! Buy your own !! 2 issues with the room but they were resolved as soon as it was reported Beds were comfy an everything was always clean. The hotel is ideally located for town and beach....

This is the second time I have stayed at the Mar de Tossa. Great location, reasonable price and comfortable room. Breakfast choices are better than most.

The hotel is conveniently located. The three-Star is for the lack of available parking (and expensive if there were spots!). We had to figure out where to park on our own. Then, we weren't told about WiFi provided by the hotel when there actually is... So we used our SIM card to connect (don't be fooled, WiFi is not available that easily). The pool is very small. Jump in and get out. Our duplex was nice, though we missed having a sink just to wash off our hands when entering. The bathroom is on the second floor... The terrace was a nice setup to have breakfast outside.

Nice hotel.
Great stay. Service was very good, friendly and polite, especially the barman with the glasses. Beds were a little uncomfortable and the balcony door didn’t open or close properly but the rest was fine. Lock up the piano. Well-meaning children banging out chopsticks can be heard from the second floor with the windows shut.

This is a great hotel, we stayed for 5 nights as a family (2 adults plus teenager). We were impressed at the location, being just a few minutes walk to the bus station and then 10 minutes to the beach and old town. Our room had 3 single beds (as requested), balcony, en-suite bathroom and was spacious and clean. The hotel has a pool, bar and games room which came in useful with a 14 year old - we played pool, ping pong and table football. The strength of this hotel is the cleaning staff, our room was serviced daily with clean sheets, towels and cleaning to an excellent standard. nothing was too much trouble and I would like to pass on my gratitude to the cleaning staff who cleaned my room (and the hotel) to an excellent standard. Down side of this hotel is some ageing decor, rooms have been painted but some aspects of the hotel are older, however, really it was not a problem at all and we would definitely stay here again. Excellent place for the price.

Decent hotel with uncomfortable beds
The mattresses were too soft and rather uncomfortable. This is all the more regrettable given how the mattress technology improved over the years and how inexpensive good mattresses have become.

Great hotel
This hotel was lovely. 5 minute walk to the beach. The area is outstanding, beaches are beautiful. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Breakfast was very good and evening meal was good, but not piping hot, which was a shame as the food was very tasty (although there was a microwave if you wanted to heat it up a bit). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again.

The location is perfect. All very clean and tidy. Staff friendly. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the next door neighbour breathing! Wires were hanging out of the light socket above the bed, pretty dangerous.

On arriving We were a little confused as to which building the hotel was as the photo on the website was of the building across the road where the bar and pool are. Hotel receptionist was ok, not over friendly but professional. There is only one overworked lift for the 5 floors and the staff! The room was clean but very compact with not a single plug socket apart from a single one in the bathroom for the hairdryer. The mattresses must have been plastic coated by the noise they made when sitting on it/turning over while sleeping.

Not what I expected, i booked a double room. They give me 2 twin beds, AC didnt work properly, TV not worked, Cleaning lady took our room card away, as result room was very hot when we returned, since the rooms only work ( lights and AC) with the card.

Dear user, thank you for your review. You have to know that a doble room is a room for two people, and that's what you get. You should ask for a large bed. TV worked perfectly and concerning to the room card, due to company enviromental policies, it's compulsory to do that.

Hotel very clean and comfortable, food was ok. was in a good area with plenty to do. Especially enjoyed the swiss chesry just over the road good food and good live music. would go again.

Give it a go.
It has been many years since my last visit to the Park Hotel in Tossa de Mar,and fortunately I was not disappointed.There has been lots of changes, but all for the better. On arrival and during our stay the reception staff were very good,we had hired 2 disability scooters which were stored in the luggage room in reception,with the staff always happy to give us access for storing, as well as being helpful in all other respects. The rooms were comfortable,with bedding changed regularly and towels daily.The rooms were cleaned very well every day,and cleaning staff also very friendly. The hotel itself is well situated close to everything,although if you know Tossa that isn't surprising. We went room only and the only disappointment of our stay was one morning we had breakfast in the hotel at a cost of €6 and although there was a good selection the food was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotels standards. Overall,I would recommend the Park Hotel.Have a nice holiday!.

Perfect for travelers on a budget
For the price, the Park Hotel made for an adequate accommodation for one night in Tossa de Mar. The location is very convenient for beach access, and a short walk to the old town and Far de Tossa. The front desk staff was nice. The room was very small but adequate although the noise in the hallway was very loud. I would recommend this hotel to travelers on a budget looking for basic amenities.

Good hotel with high standard of cleanliness
Found the hotel satisfactory. Very disappointed the hotel had no secure parking and we had to pay daily rates in a public car park. More importantly an attempt was made to break into our car during the night of 1st/2nd August. Damange was caused to the interior fashia due to the use of a jemmy causing us to have the repair carried out when we arrived in France the next day. This is unaccepatable as the contract is for 24hr parking so more security should be provided for cars parked over the 24 hrs. The park could be secured at night with a high fence with locked gates and open during the day for public parking when staffed thereby generating income. We suggest you look into this matter. We would not use the hotel again due to the parking arrangements.

Personal y limpieza correcto. Es un hotel de 3 estrellas pero en nuestra opinión, las habitaciones y sobre todo el baño son mejorables, la piscina es más pequeña de lo que se aprecia en las fotografías y el buffet de buena calidad aunque un poco escaso de variedad. Lo que si encontramos excesivo es el precio diario del parking que ofrece el hotel y en general del resto de parkings que hay allí, ya que no te tienes más opción que claudicar por lo complicado que es aparcar.

Séjour à deux, 1 enfant et 1 adulte pendant 9 jours. Le personnel est très agréable dans l'ensemble. Problèmes dans la chambre, les rideaux déchirés de haut en bas, pas d'étagère dans l'armoire, une simple penderie avec 5 cintres en tout et pour tout! Bon petit déjeuner et assez varié. La mer est a 5 minutes a pied. les commerces et les restaurants sont à proximité. Attention : parking de l'hôtel payant 28€ la journée. aux alentours que des parking payant entre 8 et 12€ les 24h. Aucune place gratuite libre ou il faut être extrêmement chanceux!

Enkelt hotell utan något extra
Ett mycket basic hotell utan något extra som det brukar vara på de flesta hotell. Receptionisterna tittade inte upp från sina mobiler och gav ingen service. Rummen hade sängar som såg ut som tältsängar med tjocka madrasser på. Vi som familj hade bokat tre rum och samtliga rum hade en knalligt röd eller blå vägg där det hängde en solblekt tavla. Rummen hade bara ett sängbord så den som låg på ena sidan fick lägga sina saker på golvet. Sänggaveln i ett av rummen hade lossnat och samma rum hade inte ens lampskärmar på sänglamporna. Bara nakna glödlampor som stack i ögonen. Rummen hade ingen vattenkokare med te eller kaffe på rummen och ingen minibar i kylskåpet. Det var schampo och tvålbitar på rummen som kändes lite klistriga vid test. Städpersonalen var dock trevlig och gjorde ett bra jobb och hotellet hade ett bra läge.
