Perfectly positioned great value apartments.
Had a great stay, apartments were in a great position for visiting Portaventura and bus to airport and Tarragona and close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Lovely friendly helpful receptionists who spoke great English and breakfasts in the Lazy wave downstairs were great. Would definitely return as the apartments were great value.

CYE Apartments Salou
Our stay here was brilliant. Easy commute to port aventura park via a 20 minute walk, great surrounding restaurants and bars and only a 5 minute walk away from the beach! The room was good and everything we needed was there (kitchen, iron, bathroom supplies, extra pillows) fantastic value for money! Family friendly with a great pool and lounge area and the lazy wave restaurant and bar attached was welcoming. Staff were friendly and approachable and made us feel very welcome. Overall fantastic stay!

Clean, simple and relaxing
Very much recommended. Location is good and the apartments are good quality. That said, i didnt plan on bringing any cash with us and needed to give a €80 deposit in cash only. Clean apartments. Pool is nice. Bar connected which seems popular. Overall we enjoy the apartments. Woupd happily return.

Family holiday
On arrival we had to pay 80 Euro cash deposits for each room which was returned on check out, the paperwork did say to expect a deposit. Having booked 3 apartments we were told that there would be another 50 Euro payment for 2 of the rooms. The apartments were lovely and clean and cleaned twice during our 5 night stay. Facilities and pool were excellent and well kept. Great location.

Good central location close to public transport. Lovely friendly reception staff. Problem with room sorted straight away. Spacious apartments very well equipped with kitchen utensils. Comfortable beds. Road noise could be annoying for some. Infrequent cleaning and towel change but to be expected for the price.

Highly recommend
Location was excellent right on top of everything... apartments were fine and the staff on reception were lovely! The balcony outside was a little on the dirty side although we were in the penthouse which has a huge area so may have gotten dirty quite easily. Overall I would highlight recommend. Ps there is no oven!

Apartments were clean, spacious and had all the facilities you needed for a short break. Close to pretty much everything in the centre of Salou and just a short stroll to the beach or theme park.

A little shady
Very easy to find. Quick friendly checkin. Easy access to all floors via lift. We had a room for 3 (sofa bed in living room and a double bed in the bedroom ). The room and linen were really clean and the kitchenette had everything needed to self cater. Our room had a balcony over the main entrance and the main noise came from road traffic. The pub next door caused us no problems and if it's great pub food served by super friendly staff look no further. The pool was adequate as it was not school holidays. The only thing it lacked was enough sun umbrellas. NB. The bus to airport and taxi rank are outside the reception.

Great location
Conveniently located for beach, bars and restaurants. Could do with beds being changed if there for a week but clean towels every couple of days.

Cye apartments is only 10 mins walk from beach and 15-20 mins to PortAventura theme park. We had drink in the Lazy Wave bar that is connected to the apartments. Also had a nice breakfast there. The pool is a nice size and not too busy. Our 2nd time staying here.

Convenient and clean hotel
The highlight was Chaplin's entertainment venue at least 3 shows per night free entry and child friendly excellent service,great walks along the Beach front up to old salou,CYE Apartments were very old fashioned reminded me of a 80s style but very clean and friendly staff.3 Groups of us went to salou and stayed in different apartments when we landed at reus airport a taxi service out side told us our apartments were all in different areas and we needed to take separate taxis at a cost of 35 euro each as it turned out we were less than 100 meters apart ??? Could do with an Aldi for shopping maby we just couldnt find one most local people didnt seem to understand English when we asked directions or venues.

Great apartments which is only 10 mins walk to beach and shops / 12 mins walk to Port Aventura. Supermarket very close to it which has most items you would look for. The pool is a nice size and was warm enough. Shame the WIFI only at reception and not in rooms but that's my only complaint.

the Cye Apartments were fine.the rooms were cleaned every three days as was the towels and linen changed .the night man was a security and reassurance feature .the pool area was fine the pool seating was plentiful .the reception staff were helpful .Wi Fi is only available in the reception area and just outside the door entrance to the pool .May I suggest more seats installed in the reception area or the games room and possibly make the games room also a wi fi area

I would 100% recommend these apartments. The location was perfect, not even a 2 minute walk to beach, with lots of local bars around. There's a bus stop right outside and there's always taxis outside the door. The kitchenette was of a very high standard, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave; ideal for breakfasts and light lunches. The only fault I have is that the WiFi (which only works in the lobby) would not work for us at all, there was a very poor connection. But the WiFi in the family bar/restaurant adjacent to the hotel worked in the pool and lobby area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here.

Fantastic Cye Salou
I have been staying in these apartments at least once a year sometimes three times a year and can't fault them. Lovely clean rooms. Great location and absolutely fantastic friendly helpful staff. This is like my second home. Many friends also go there every year.

Pour une famille pas terrible pour un couple ou pour des ados ça passe. La literie est correcte dans la chambre par contre le canapé n est pas convertible c est un matelas qui coulisse sous le lit et la banquette. Nous y sommes allés en basse saison et le bruit de rue une horreur je n imagine même pas l été.... Pas de double vitrage j ai dormi 2h du à la fatigue à 6h du matin quand la rue était calme . Apparemment néanmoins très bien équipé rien à redire sur ce côté la

Il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil léger.
Aucune isolation, on entend les voitures, et les klaxonnent au milieu de la nuit. Le pommeau de douche et l'abattant des WC mériterait d'être changé. C'est dommage car sinon hôtel propre, les appartements sont spacieux, et la literie confortable.

Apartamento antiguo, solamente reformada la recepción. Ubicación excelente aunque imposible aparcar en los alrededores a menos de 1,5 km en pleno mes de agosto. Mucho ruido nocturno. Limpieza deficiente. Wifi inexistente en el apartamento, solamente en recepción. Precio muy alto en relación a su calidad. A pesar de todo, personal amable.

Apreciado Juan Carlos, Le agradecemos valore nuestra ubicación y la amabilidad de nuestro personal. Lamentamos que haya sido dificultoso encontrar parking, y el ruido nocturno, siendo un edificio de apartamentos tenemos recepción 24 horas para atenderlo y controlar los ruidos pero, en plena temporada, a veces se hace más dificultoso. Lamentamos haya considerado insuficiente la limpieza, evidente los apartamentos se presentan limpios y en perfectas condiciones, pero al no ser un hotel, tan solo se realizan 2 limpiezas semanales, que es informado en nuestra web y en plataformas online. Efectivamente no hay wifi en los apartamentos, solo en las zonas comunes, pero tomamos nota y esperamos que en breve esto cambie, para su mayor comodidad. Un cordial saludo,
