This is a holiday hotel so if you're looking for evening entertainment and a busy bustling environment then this is for you, if you want a more relaxed chilled stay then don't come here, whilst trying to go to bed with my young children we had people knocking on our room door throughout the night, the entertainment had different timings throughout the night and as it got later and things ended you would get waves of other guests returning really loudly to their rooms. The hotel itself is starting to look old and tired, the beds were uncomfortable and whilst there was a team of cleaners the floors still felt dirty. Having said that, there is a pool there and your can walk to a lovely beach 5 minutes from the hotel so it really depends on what kind of stay you are looking for.

Wouldn't go back there very basic, not enough staff in the restaurant waiting for tables to be cleaned up and the food was very poor and cold, worst we ever had. Also the pool side needs to be refurbished, tiles are all un even. Room was spacious and clean thou.

Sadly not what we expected.
Our vacation was cut short due to a problem at home. The management and staff were brilliant. We only had the breakfast option which wasn't exactly a "full English" but you wouldn't starve. The down side, wiff of drains from bathroom no extractor fan. The walls are extremely thin and the Spanish are know to be loud so you keep here every cough and fart all night. The hotel was over run by students who went through the place like ants.(school trip possibly).If you were near the doors leading out to the Jacuzzis it was like the M1 with them running in and out and they didnt appear to be supervised,quite surprised really as there were a lot of elderly Spanish there at the time suffering this! Finally the entertainment was very loud and very Spanish they did not really cater for other nationalities. Would I return ,No, we have mobility issues the hotel is located on a hill and not near to any facilities.We were lucky to be able to park our car on the road at night,if you park on the hotel car park it was 15 euros a day !!

Good helpful reception. Bar on site open to 1am. Nice room but got cold at night. No blankets in room. Missed breakfast but my fault. Alarm did not reset from UK.

Best/only good thing about this hotel is the roof top jacuzzi’s. Overall I was upset, this hotel advertises free WiFi but it’s not free! Roof top has a bar, but not open in May. Food was ok for choice but luke warm at best. Despite being all inclusive Jack Daniels is chargeable. I had to report the shower not working 3 times before it got fixed. The room I had 2 years ago and wanted again was not available in May which was upsetting (whole of the ground floor shut until June) If they had said half the problems weren’t available in May then I would have booked for June, if your open then open everything or point out what’s closed during what months!

HTOP Molinos Park was overall a good hotel. The rooms where very dated and the beds are very firm. The best part about the hotel is the staff that work there. Everyone was friendly and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. The entertainment team where fantastic and always got the kids involved in all activities. There was plenty of choice of food which tasted good in the restaurant but unfortunately most of the food was cold or luke warm at best. We had to use the microwave for most meals.

Could not use Jacuzzi because we had a child with us. Some of the bar staff thought women were ok for sex and made it obvious. Only two of each towels in our room in spite of there being three of us got fed up with telling reception who did nothing. We bought towels .

Much better hotel than three stars.
The new owner is trying lots of new ideas, some work some don't, but they have tried very hard, and I liked themes to the buffet dinner and little extras such as the ice cream counter at dinner, the freshly cooked Chinese food on one day and the make your own kebabs that were an extra to the main buffet. Just little extras that gave you more choice when having the evening buffet. Room was clean, and the staff all work very hard in cleaning. Breakfast had a lot of choice, and I found it all very good value for money.

Very basic room, no real furnishings, small tv for which a €20 deposit needed for remote, only 1 hour free WiFi, unless you book direct at much higher prices. Restaurant average. Bar seems to cater almost solely to All Inclusive guests, as they ignore other guests if someone is at the all inclusive side of the bar. The all-inclusive option leads to binge drinking and loud, lewd behaviour that causes disturbance. Impossible to sleep before midnight as the hotel across the road has outdoor live music all evening which is not blocked at all by the paper thin walls and single glazed windows.

Cheap and cheerful. Budget hotel
It's a nice place to stay if your looking for budget.... there are no double beds in this property just singles put together. The food is not that great to be honest but it's a good place to stay and go if that's all your after. We have stayed here about 4 times now as it's close to where we need to be. On a good bus route

they are hosting hundreds of unaccompanied children for football training. these chrildren are screaming making a huge noise all the time which can be heard clearly in the room, children are baning on doors to wake their Friends and throwing items from the balconies. The hotel also hosts a disco in the dining room until 1am, music can be heard in the rooms and the children are even more rowdy because of the disco. I asked if this was a one-off, and they say they rent to thee large groups of children all the time and even the hotel staff are annoyed. The hotel was extremely unhelpful to deal with our issues, and they should not be renting rooms to regular customers when all these children are staying.

I arrived at the hotel late after a long journey and was told the hotel had overbooked and I would be inconvenienced, despite booking the stay two months prior. I was sent to a similar hotel around the corner and was told I would have to check out of that hotel after the first night and then move to the room I originally booked. No compensation offered or anything for the inconvenience of having to switch hotels. I didn't complain to the hotel as I feel this is down to poor management rather than a fault of the friendly staff working on the reception. Unfortunately it is a common practice among budget hotels. However I feel if I book a hotel and pay for it in full two months in advance then my stay should be guaranteed, but clearly not so I will be avoiding this company in future. I was also placed on the top floor of the hotel right next to a door leading to the roof terrace. This was only meant to be open during certain hours of the day however I was woken up multiple times to the sound of people running up and down the metal stair case and along the corridor past my room. It seems the door is never locked. Apart from this I would say the facilities are what I would expect from a 3 star hotel and the breakfasts were the best part of the stay.

The hotel itself is ok.. but just ok. The rooms were poorly furnished and equipment and comfort levels were dated to say the least. The bed was amongst the most uncomfortable I've experienced and overall furnishing was tired. It's a shame as the hotel had potential to do well, but I was just not delighted about the stay there and I am unlikely to return there. Whilst advised the beach is close, it's not as close as the write up suggests. In all, I would say the hotel is almost 2 Star, but nothing more.

3* hotel with 3* prices and 3* facilities - great for a cheap holiday break just don't expect 5* luxury. The only real down side with this hotel is the noise - it's not a rowdy hotel by any means but the walls are paper thin and you can hear the conversations, and more intimate moments of everyone on either side, above and below you. If you can filter it out like we can then no problem if you are a light sleeper you may want to look elsewhere. Overall good value for the price we paid.

1 star hotel! Needs a re-vamp!
Worst part of this hotel was the noise levels - very thin walls & you could hear other guests shouting, chatting, running up & down corridors which disrupted our sleep. Also the beds had dangerous metal ends that we banged into. The buffet dinner was cold, & we noticed most people chose from the kids food area - at least this pasta, fries etc was hot.

Good hotel for children entertainment and staff friendly and helpful, the people who were also staying at the hotel all very friendly which makes your holiday. Hotel its self is very dated but didn't really bother me the only 2 points I was unhappy with was the food it was gross, I just ate sandwiches because the hot food was very cold and had a funny taste. Also the rooms were fine but they need to sound proofed you could hear a mouse fart next door! A suggestion would be to keep family with young children on the same level because there were loud drunk couples who kept me awake!

very difficult to get back to hotel as on a hill and i am in a wheelchair also food was not good not enough selection and snacks were not the healthiest for children chips burgers sausage just about every snack time morning snack chips ???sausage and eggs most meals were chicken done in differerant ways fish and pork or veal not a great selection cocktails had to be paid for even in all inclusive any hotel i have been to and i have stayed in 4 over the past year cocktails were in all inclusive price ice lollies and ice cream also had to be paid for but not in any other hotel i have ever stayed in before dont think was worth the money paid the staff in the dinning room were very pleasant but some of the bar staff not to cheery
