Well situated.

Clean and tidy hotel a short walk to the beach and bars .We were there early July and was fairly quiet around the hotel so service was good. There was a hot and cold buffet option for breakfast which was ok .

Hotel Review

Pros: Had last room of corridor on 2nd floor. Could sleep with no issue. So very quiet. The other rooms are facing the internal garden and can be noisy.
Cons: Swimming pool too small and too crowded. Airco worked fine but too noisy. Coffee at breakfast not good.
Location: Hotel is located in a nice village close by the sea. Area is green and well maintained and very clean. 20min drive from Portaventura park resort.
Was ok. Very family hotel. Swimming Pool quite small but overall was good. The breakfast buffet offered a lot and was good. Only coffee was not good. A remark that needs to be noted and changed is the address as the hotel is located in Miami Platja and not in Mont-roig del Camp.

Beautiful Mediterranean

Beautiful looking hotel with great pool and friendly staff. Unfortunately the language barrier meant communication difficult. Our accents are too strong to be understood. Bad things: Short curly hair around toilet area that did not get cleaned during our whole stay, hotel food can only be described as slops but a huge array of eateries within walking distance so not a drama. Paper thin walls and guests who do not understand nor respect other guests. Beds rock hard. Have fed this back to the hotel in their review but they did not appear interested in knowing

hotel Pino Alto, Miami Platje, Spain

Mid September was a great time to visit this area of Spain, no crowds, great weather. The hotel was good, the staff friendly and helpful, despite their lack of English and our lack of Spanish. Food was O.K'ish, and eating out expensive. All told a good holiday and we would certainly consider returning

Excellent Choice

Traveled in Aug 06, with my wife and 9 year old son. Would definitely recommend, if wanting a nice quiet relaxing trip. Pool and facilities are excellent. Hotel is within easy traveling distance of Solou, Port Aventura & Barcelona. We did not have a car, approx 20 min walk to Train Station 5 min walk to the beach, nice and safe The town itself is rather small but has a decent selection of bars and restaurants. As above would certainly recommend and be happy to stay again

Essen mindert die Bewertung gewaltig

Pros: Hotelanlage mit Pool, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Cons: s. Aussagen zum Essen.
Location: Außerhalb des Ortes, ruhig gelegen, aber auch ziemlich weit weg, ohne Verkehrsanbindung.
Hotel, Anlage und Zimmer entsprechen einem gehobenen Standard, obwohl die 4 Sterne sicherlich überbewertet sind. Die Anlage ist toll. In der Nachsaison fehlen allerdings Hotelangebote zur Unterhaltung komplett. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tausch des Zimmers, nachdem wir zunächst ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite zugewiesen bekommen habe, obwohl mit Pool-Blick gebucht, war unkompliziert und schnell möglich. Kurzer Weg zum Sandstrand. Hotel liegt allerdings etwas abseits vom Ortszentrum. Eine sehr gute Bewertung des Aufenthalts wird durch das katastrophale Essen erheblich gemindert. Das Frühstück ist gerade noch so ok., allerdings kein 4Sterne-Standard. Unter aller Kanone war jedoch das Abendessen. Kaum Abwechslung, jeden Tag Pommes, alles aus der Konserve, haben sich keine Mühe gegeben, lieblos hingeknallt, Obstsalat trotz aktuell vielen Früchten nicht im Angebot, Ananas, Pfirsich alles aus der Dose einfach vorgesetzt. Doch der absolute Höhepunkt: Alles Essen war kalt, allerhöchstens lauwarm. Reklamation auch von vielen Gästen erfolglos. Haben das alles geschluckt im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes. Haben unser Essen dann in der Microwelle aufgewärmt. Schade für diese Handhabung. Das Koch und Küchenpersonal ist in einer solchen Anlage fehl am Platz.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix - peut mieux faire

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre les repas en terrasse de l'hôtel dans une cour intérieure de type hacienda, une piscine agréable, des chambres propres, Des longues promenades en bord de mer très agréable, une mer chaude et calme... Nous donnons une excellente note au personnel de l'accueil, restaurant et surtout les femmes de ménages qui font un excellent travail. Nous donnons une mauvaise note à la qualité des repas du soir : Tous les plats cuisinés sont à revoir, le buffet des entrées est quasiment toujours identique, idem pour le buffet des desserts. Une excellente note au petit-déjeuner. Une très mauvaise note à l'animation qui est principalement dédiée aux tout-petits au moment du repas du soir avec des musiques d'enfants très rébarbatives. Rien pour les adultes qui aimeraient parfois danser dans cette magnifique cour extérieure. Par contre dans notre séjour de 12 jours nous avons assisté à 2 spectacles organisés par l'hôtel (flamenco + danse tahitienne) de très bonne qualité.
