Clean modern Room
Room was clean, modern, shower was great. There was tea and coffee and a good sized tv although Spanish channels. Staff were very friendly. There was food available although I opted not to eat there.

Far, from a 4 star hotel.
This hotel advertises as a a 4 star hotel but in reality the place is a 2.5 star hotel on its best day. The rooms are out of date and need remodeling. The breaksfast wait staff need customer service training. Again, this are things you would not see in a 4 star hotel. If you are looking to book a 4 star hotel, save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else.

Clean but basic
Secure parking which was good - staff were very “Covid conscious”. Keys card was sanitised ID cards were sanitised before being given back. Breakfast buffet was only handled by the waiter so again felt safe - not worth the money though. The room had been smoked in which was not pleasant and as we didn’t check in until late we didn’t tell them until morning but they did apologise and said they would have swapped the room had we told them

Service and staff very good. The gym was excellent lots of decent equipment. The pool was lovely space and very clean. Easy to get buses to tarragona city. Very frequent. Only bad thing is the bed is very hard. So i did not sleep well

I loved the staff, extremely helpful and so nice. Restaurant was excellent. Everything about the hotel was fantastic apart from the location. Right next door to a car wash which was extremely noisy all the time.

Average at best and next to a car dealership
The hotel is basically like a chain hotel ie... Holiday Inn or travel lodge, the beds look big but are very uncomfortable, they are hard and you can feel the springs ALL night, the location is close to nowhere, and is in a very industrial part of Tarragona, if it's your first time to Tarragona don't let this hotel be your first impression.. we fell in love with the city, just not the hotel and it was not value for money at all. The staff are friendly which is good, but the gym was out of action and we were not notified until we red it in the lift on the way to the room and this is one of the reasons why we actually booked this hotel. So as you can imagine we are not very happy. And to top off our experience, the hotel decided to dig up the concrete area with a digger outside our room on both of the days we stopped there as they are clearly doing something to the carpark and it started at 9am both mornings. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Do not book this hotel if you're on holiday, it's in the wrong area, it's not comfortable and it was not value for money.

Pleasant and comfortable stay
Good sized room. Large enough bathroom. Friendly staff always happy to help. They even scheduled a taxi to the airport. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again if I get a chance.

Decent 2 star Motel is more accurate.
The hotel is misrepresented by far. This is not a 4 star quality hotel $300+. The front desk staff is very helpful, very sweet and kind. However, this hotel is very far and hard to be reached unless you have a car. So definitely not the place for tourists. The amenities of the room are nothing better than a 2 star hotel. Toiletries are in plastic baggies, there is no coffee in the room, no bottled water unless you buy one for 1,5 Euro. The hotel is nice and clean but it's incredibly simple and plain. No free shuttle service or anything alike. I was rather disappointed at Hotels.com because when I booked it, the "original" price was over $300 but "the secret" price so called special for a gold member was around $70. Plus seeing that it's rated as 4 star I though it was a heck of a deal. Well, not the case in reality, Found that discrepancy to be quite deceiving either from hotels.com or the hotel itself. Button line, not too happy with our stay.

Business hotel above a Nissan car dealer... far from city so only good if you have a car... it's No Hilton so I can see where the 4 stars come from but if your getting a good rate it's fine... you can park out front for free or in the lidl next door... should have free breakfast..!

Nice size rooms. Reception super helpful to sort out booking issues. Wifi free and excellent. Location close to bus to beach and old town. Better than trying to park there. Nice place only bad was that the room smelled like smoke though we booked non smoking room.

perfect short stay break.
Perfect short stay. Good free parking and choice of eating venues within two minutes walking distance. Healthy 25 minute walk to town. Very friendly english speaking staff and an excellent restaurant. We will stay again next time in Tarragona.

Great little hotel, despitre location
Yes, it's surrounded by car dealerships but it's also a really charming and impressive hotel once inside, give it a chance! Receptionist spoke very fluent English and was excellent throughout my stay, although she did tell me the opening time of the restaurant but neglected to tell me that it wasn't open at the weekend. To her credit, she did call the room and apologise. Due to the closure of the restaurant, I was limited to room service which consisted of a cheese pizza. Better than it sounds actually, I was in a bit of a foul mood but it lifted my spirits considerably as it was a good size and quite a posh cheese pizza, as far as they go! Wifi strength was great throughout, speeds a little slow though. Room was well laid out, and bed was comfy. Private locked parking was a welcome addition, not cheap but worth it for peace of mind given the location. Covered as well as locked.

Hotel with very old furniture only with a digital screen ; noticed some small lizzards crawling in the third floor hallway. While personnel pretends to be friendly they do not hold confidentiality of the customers and provide all information to any caller without confirming source or identification as well as permission from the user - this is risky for the safety of the guests.

Good for staying one or two nights
The location of the hotel is not the best one - it's far from the centre and far from the beach. The rooms are tidy but they could be bigger. It takes a long time before you can get warm water in the shower, and lights turn on and off all the time when walking on the corridors, which is a bit irritating. Free internet works well by the cable in the rooms or as wifi in the bar. The breakfast is good.

We had some difficulty locating the hotel even with Sat-Nav. The hotel itself is modern and has good facilities, including safe parking which is important to us on overnight stays. We did not use the restaurant but had room service meals which were good. We left before breakfast was open. Overall our impression was good but there is nothing in the surrounding area - which looks rather dubious.

Great Hotel between Tarragona and Salou
The hotel is between the city centers of Tarragona and Salou. Very convenient to access to the interstate to Valencia or Barcelona. The neighborhood is ok-- lots of car dealers. We had a wonderful moderately priced dinner at the restaurant. The room is spacious and comfortable and VERY clean. The pool area could use more lounges. Tha parking is free and convenient. We stay at this hotel to go to an amusement park nearby in the town of Salou. BTW very good rides.

El hotel en sí está bien, ya habíamos estado otra vez. Habíamos solicitado una tipo de habitación como preferencia y cumplieron con lo deseado. La cama enorme! Sin embargo el baño cuando llegamos no estaba muy limpio (el wc) y eso es inaceptable.
