Very friendly staff Clean rooms and hotel Efficient dining experience if a little crowded at times, Good choice of food. Dedicated table for our group of 10 would’ve been nice.

Definitely would stay again!
Check in staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable but I think there was a problem with bad smells coming up from the bathroom sink or bath, parking was a little bit overpriced at €10 per day, the breakfast choice was excellent with a great range of hot and cold items including cooked to order eggs, omelette or pancakes, the restaurant staff were excellent at clearing used plates and restocking the hot & cold breakfast items, we would certainly stay again, well done to all the staff for great customer experience

Good location.
It was an overnight stay. When we arrived there was nobody at the desk to check us in. We waited about 20 minutes then had to phone. Which was awkward as we don't speak Spanish even with the help of google translate. Eventually a man turned up to check us in.

Facilities in room was basic. No kettle to make tea or coffee, no ironing board or iron to press your clothes, no dressing robes. we asked if if they could supply us with the above and the answer was no.

One of the best in Torre del Mar
Great hotel, modern, clean and comfortable. Well situated by the beach and promenade. Friendly staff, super buffet style food. Could not fault except for no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Will definitely visit again.

Average hotel, definitely NOT a 4 star hotel, pretty basic. Breakfast buffet not worth getting: 1- Egg omelettes are rushed, if you don't tell the cook to cook it properly, you'll get runny eggs. 2- Most of the bread is stale, including pastries which seem too be soggy 3- Coffee is machine made, weak and lacks flavor. Dinner AWFUL!! I don't know if people eat it because they already paid for it or they just don't want to complain. Everything was way too salty. It seems they salt every so that people order more drinks...or do that people don't eat anymore. I really don't know what their angle is or their business plan.

Wonderful staff, especially Kelly and Olivia. Great position, super food, super pool, so many great things to say. Only gripe was it was stated as being a 'Spa' hotel but the Spa was closed. Bad form not to be notified of this.

Well maintained mass tourism hotel
The pictures of the hotel are accurate: it is a large, relatively modern mass tourism hotel. It has been well maintained so what you see is what you get. The location is right next to the beach. There is secure parking but we did not use it as it is not as easily accessible as the large amount of general free visitor parking just outside the hotel, and we were staying only one night.

I was very excited about this trip, since it was our 5 year wedding anniversary. We checked in and it was fairly quick, and the lady behind the counter was very friendly and professional. But, the room itself was very basic and the ocen view i paid for, was more like a peripheral view of the water, with a bunch of construction. Underwhelming to say the least. The pictures just make it look so nice and the real thing was good, but 'meh' compared to what the pictures showed it to be. But it was clean and that's always nice. The best was a bit uncomfortable, but we didn't spend much time on it. Took a lool at the pool, and it was on the smaller size but looked clean.

One night stop over
Not there usual standard .we only had an overnight stop arriving after 6pm and driving 600kilometers from Portugal .reception was good and quick ,The room not so good ,bathroom door did not close properly and I think it had been in this condition some time. Only one tiny tablet of soap ,no glasses in bathroom even plastic ones would have helped ,and. To cap it all the TV didn't work ,some of these faults we did not realise until we came back from dinner about 11pm so too late to get anything done ,these things should not happen in a 4*hotel .this was our 3rd stay at this hotel and probably the last .

Nice before a Malaga flight. Great beach.
Ask for an odd number room 3rd floor or above for great sea views. Even numbered can have mountains or small combo sea and mountain. Nice breakfast buffet.

Last minute booking, pleased with hotel spotlessly clean staff very helpful and polite, food nice always hot and a good varied choice. Weather not great so an indoor pool would of been a huge bonus. In a lovely spot very close to beach and local bars and restaurents
