Great hotel , bathrooms need attention, shower wouldn't hold up and sprayed down wall some tiles falling off but overall lovely hotel
The spa hotel is in a beautiful countryside location in the hills somewhat remote from the coastal towns like Cala and Fuengirola where you might like to eat out. Restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner with a dinner menu reasonably priced against nearby restaurants. Rooms are not particularly ...
We didn't know the swimming pool would be closed during all of our stya (had we know we would probably have booked elsewhere.) I think it's a bit naughty to charge 20-30 to use the indoor pool (that's what the reception desk quoted us ) although the indoor pool was closed on Monday anyway. Perhaps ...
A friendly hotel, good staff and excellent rooms, large outdoor pool but an expensive spa rather than an indoor pool
Enjoyed our 4 nights here. Food was excellent, hotel very clean and staff were very friendly.
Friendly check in, newly refurbished room with good facilities. Super high pressure shower! Good location for local shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants as well as the beach, but a car is desirable if you want to go further afield.
Had an issue with breakfast, this was sorted out immediately by Sergio and a Manager called us for feedback later. Very impressed. Sergio very customer focused
We arrived on the evening and I feel a very good smelling coming from the kitchen and the dishes seems to be very tasteful, but unfortunately we had place only for the cocktail and the desert. Next time we will definitively take the diner there . The evening atmosphere on the restaurant was very ...
Delightful, friendly, welcoming helpful staff. My daughter is studying Spanish and we were keen for her to practice as much Spanish as possible - the staff were happy to reply to her in Spanish when she spoke to them in Spanish which was great for her. Food on the terrace bar was delicious. We didn’t ...
The hotel is very good in general, couple of issues, first the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable at all considering a 5 star hotel, I asked to change it with no response, Second, the children wasn’t allowed in indoor swimming pool only on Sunday and only for a couple of hours,
Beach would benefit from tons of sand being shipped in and cleaned everyday. Shelve into sea was very rocky. Hotel staff were curt at times. Buffet food average however pool restaurant was lovely.
Spent 6 days there in January 2018. Very quiet and peaceful hotel with lovely garden. Staff friendly and welcoming. Excellent choice of breakfast with the exception of the hot choice which on one morning the bacon and egg was actually cold. When I returned my plate to the waitress this was quickly ...
Upgraded to Premier Room (thank u Expedia) on 4th floor. Everything about the place is calm and smooth running. This was our second visit and we will go back.
We have stayed here 5 times now and standards are consistently high. It was very quiet this time as it was just before the Christmas rush. We had a ground floor room which we like as it gives us a patio and easy access to the grounds.
Room very clean and comfortable with everything you needed, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and toiletries. Stayed in junior suite with balcony. Complex very big and quite confusing to find your way around at first. More suited to couples rather than families I think. Breakfast buffet is excellent. ...
Great Location, good hotel. Seemed to be a problem with drains, smells appeared if you had a shower or run the tap. Wouldn’t let this put you off though.
Lovely stay at this hotel. Very clean room very large an spacious. The views over to the sea from the pool an restaurant were stunning! Restaurant staff very friendly. We traveled with a 1 /2 year old out of season so there wasn’t much for him to do no play park and the pool was freezing and didn’t ...
We had previously stayed in this area and wanted to be in a prime location in the city center. This hotel was perfectly situated and close to the sights. Everywhere is walkable. Very easy access to the port, the Alcazaba, the castle, El Pimpi, various museums. Very pedestrian friendly with little ...
