The staff were welcoming, polite and always smiling. The property would benefit from a renovation. Breakfast is limited to mainly sweet options and needs to be updated, especially the coffee machine!

It was very good staff very friendly only one observation in the room the Light shade is an enormous paper ball and i mean enormous and it dominated the room completely. Staff were excellent and very helpful we know the area as my wife lived 300 meters from the hotel but no complaints. Thank you all very much

Good hotel
Stayed for one night. Staff here were excellent, helping with every question we asked. Room was comfortable. Would have been good to have had an extra pillow. Well positioned for the old town and easy Torino. Free car park. Breakfast was good.

Clean and comfortable
Friendly & helpful English speaking reception. Good car park. Quite dated decor but clean room with lovely view of mountains. Breakfast buffet standard with good coffee.

Comfortable hotel
The building looks unassuming from the outside. Inside, however, it is quite nice and very well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable (warm, nice bathroom, comfy bed, wooden floor) and perfectly clean. The hotel staff is very friendly. I would come back.

not recommended for a relaxing stay
not recommended - room smelled strongly of ammonia, only one thin pillow per guest and they smelled stale and used. Hotel advertises restraunt and bar but had neither. Breakfast was very poor with only commercially prepared food

Functional hotel, 15 mins walk from old town
The hotel is well signposted as you drive into Nuoro, and has a good size car park to the front. The hotel is made by the friendly and helpful staff. There was no ambiance in the main reception area, facilities and decor looked tired and could do with refurbishment, and the wifi was poor. There is no outside area in which to sit, no bar/cafe, the only catering the hotel does is a buffet continental style breakfast. The bedrooms arebasic and lacking in storage space.

Exceptional receptionist
The one thing that stood out at this hotel was the fantastic receptionist who went to great length to help us book an excursion. The room was perfect, without the little broken things I often find in other hotels. The breakfast was better than what I would expect from a three star hotel. On the negative side, the wi-fi was too weak to be usable from our room.

Teleurstelling
Dit hotel is onlangs weer geopend na diverse sluitingen door Covid. Afgaand op de goede beoordelingen en het hoge waarderingscijfer hadden we er veel meer van verwacht. Wellicht heeft het hotel nog te kampen met opstartproblemen. Het ontbijt is een buffet maar erg simpel, diverse producten zijn niet vers en staan er ook dagen achtereen. De koffie is niet meer dan wat prut. De airco heeft weing capaciteit, na een dag werken doet hij het redelijk. De kamer voor mindervaliden heeft een kleine douchecabine met naar binnen draaiende klapdeuren. Onhandig! Het personeel aan de receptie is wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Petit déjeuner très complet. Parking sur place. Compter une dizaine de minutes à pied pour arriver dans le centre ville (pour trouver des restos).

Ottimo hotel vicinissimo al centro
Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per visitare il Man e il nuovo spazio espositivo di Ilisso. Molti vicino al centro, poco più di 10minuti, stanze grandi, pulite e ben insonorizzate. Personale cordiale e professionale. Ottima la colazione. Disponibilità di parcheggio fronte hotel. Consigliatissimo.

Per quanto la struttura abbia solo 3 stelle è un ottimo hotel, ottima pulizia,camera accogliente, parcheggio adiacente alla struttura,personale molto cortese e disponibile, colazione molto abbondante e di qualità con svariata scelta sia sul salato che sul dolce. Più che soddisfatta dell'hotel e anche della prenotazione su Hotels.com facile, veloce e sicura oltre che la più conveniente nel mio caso.

Ho soggiornato per una sola notte, per motivi ospedalieri, insieme a mia madre e al nostro cagnolino, accolto in maniera molto gentile ed affettuosa dalla signora Manuela, estremamente cordiale e sorridente. Hotel molto comodo, anche per la vicinanza all’ospedale San Francesco, la camera piuttosto spaziosa e confortevole...(anche se i cuscini erano troppo sottili)...unica nota dolente: la colazione, scarsina e con prodotti non freschi.

Tutto bene niente da dire complimenti anche se con qualche anno sulle spalle l'hotel è tenuto benissimo in perfette condizioni, con una pulizia quasi maniacale il personale discreto ma presente.

Sono stato a Nuoro diverse altre volte e devo dire che da questo Hotel Mi aspettavo di più .Delusione su tutti i fronti.scarsissimo rapporto prezzo qualità.Una colazione banale e non all'altezza del costo del pernottamento. La prossima volta starò più attento.Molto scarso il Wi-Fi ai piani.

Egyszerű hotel a belváros mellett
Kényelmes egyszerű szálloda, angolul igen jól beszélő recepcióssal. Igen segítőkész és kedves volt a hölgy. A reggeli korrekt, szokásos édes és cukros dolgokkal olasz módra. :) A Wifi nagyon rossz volt.
