The hotel is super comfortable, clean and welcoming as you’d expect with a four seasons hotel. The thing that really sets it apart is the service and the behaviour of the staff who could not have been more helpful and polite.

The staff and service at Four Seasons are just fantastic! Jovy at the front desk was just marvelous. She was sincere, considerate and professional. My sisters and I enjoyed our stay and will choose Four Seasons Hotel again when we visit Macau next year!

Good catering service of the restaurant Belcancao, however, there is lacking of manpower from the check in counter. Especially no staff to handle the quarrels between customers, it is quite annoying.

We spent a night there and it was so impressive. The staff are really nice and helpful and the walking distance to the closest restaurants is not lengthy and it was a relaxing walk. And I like the hotel to be environmentally friendly. I will visit again

A great and quiet hotel within Cotai complex, ideal place for family travel, impressed the staff service and great amenities set up for babies and family! Definitely come back for Macau stay!

Amazing hotel!! all the amenities are great, the staff are friendly and polite, especially a gentleman “Gordon” in the front desk is very helpful and thoughtful for our 1st trip to Macau. Stayed 1 night for my birthday. Plenty of new hotels in Macau but we chose FS because of their service...and so glad we did! Was checked in by Adam Lam. He was very courteous and wished me happy birthday. He asked if we need reservation for dinner and we told him where we liked to go and he said he would try to reserve a table for us. Unfortunately the restaurant was full and Adam recommended another one but we decided to eat elsewhere. We then asked Adam to order a bday cake from Xiao Ting. Adam said usually the cakes are ordered 24hrs in advance but he will arrange. The cake was ordered and arranged to be kept with In Room Dining so we could have it when ever we wanted. Our room was clean, nice & spacious with the view of the Eiffle Tower from The Parisian hotel next door. We were send a small welcome gift of fruits and bday cupcake (which was sooo delicious). When we had the birthday cake that evening, we were surprised that it was quite large (I later learnt that Adam asked Xiao Ting to upgrade our cake to 2lbs instead of 1lb). It was a strawberry cream cake and it was HEAVENLY... one of the best cakes we've ever had. We were able to check out at 2pm (again thanks to Adam) and we had a really relaxing morning in our room. We were checked out by Victoria who was just as courteous and professional. Four Seasons met all our expectations and more. Their small gestures meant a lot to us during our short stay. Thank you FS Team !
