Felaxing stay

a good place to stay nice room and balcony. Beautiful swimming pool. The restaurant has a limited menus in late September so if staying for a week you would have to eat out or double up. The food itself is fine and breakfast is fine.

Good rooms and location, shame about staff.

Rooms comfortable and clean and we had an adjoining room with the children at a very reasonable rate. Pool was pleasant though the surround was not swept in the morning and glasses/cans were still there from the night before. The staff however were unhelpful and spoke little English. Don't have a problem with that but they could at least make an effort to understand my attempts at French instead of being disinterested. Restaurant looked OK but was expensive and breakfast is not included in room rate. Also despite the Expedia rate being inclusive of all taxes they still wanted the city tax on top. The hotel is in the middle of a golf course in a pine forest and was very quiet and peaceful.

Petite déception

Séjour plutôt agréable ds un cadre charmant et calme. Déception pour un 4 étoiles produits de toilette minimum ( 1 mini savon un mini shampoing et un mini gel douche pour 2!), pas de coton tige même en demandant à la réception , pas le Cable pour la télé, pas de robinet mitigeur dans la salle de bains, œufs du petits déjeuner plus que moyen , le tout compenser par un personnel très sympathique . Rapport qualité prix insuffisant.

Plus 50% des établissements sont montés en effet d’une gamme en France avec 217 points de contrôles contre une cinquantaine avant. Sachant qu'une nouvelle réglementation vient à nouveau de sortir. Beaucoup de nos clients nous disent aussi rechercher plus. Comme une ambiance, un confort, un équipement, un service, une reconnaissance, de la tranquillité et du dépaysement. Relaxing oasis in bustling ocean resort

Four days to enjoy the ocean, lakes and pine forests the Lacanau region is famous for. Chose the hotel because it was away from the crowded beach or lake fronts, not for golf (!). Very happy I did, because though everything was easy driving distance, it was the August 15 week-end (a french holiday and Lacanau annual surf competition) a very busy summer period with bustling crowds. It was very nice to retreat to a quiet place with forest/golf surroundings at the end of the day. Comfortable and quiet room, friendly and pleasant staff, nice buffet breakfast on a large terrace overlooking the golf course. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Environnement très bien mais hotel vieillo, chambres avec moquettes tâché, salle de bain pas très propre (plusieurs cheveux). Restaurant pas mal mais excessivement cher ! Je recommande malgre tout cet hôtel pour le cadre (golf) qui est vraiment super, mais pour le reste non.
