Very good staff, clean hotel but all based on a lie, the swimming pool and sauna is in another hotel while the picture showed them into the hotel you book. Added to that, the hotel with the swimming pool and spa is of lower ranking!!!

quiet comfortable and central
it was a rare treat to get such a lovely QUIET room when booking through a hotel discounter! it was very comfortable and smelled clean and new. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I reserved a parking space and they let me leave it there the next day when I had to work. exceptional. walking distance to town.

The beds, pillows, and linens are very comfortable. The staff is wonderful and very helpful in placing restaurant reservations. Breakfast includes fresh squeezed orange juice!

Convenient and comfortable
The hotel has a very convenient location near the train station. Amazingly, a very quiet room was available. The room itself is very good, with extremely comfortable beds. The lobby could use some update, and there's no elevator from the lobby to the first floor (elevator available to higher floors). Breakfast very expensive, I thought, but otherwise this is an excellent place to stay.

Best location ever.
Super convenient to train, bus and tram. Easy walk to old town and most of the historic attractions. Large room, bed and bathroom. Only downside is or lighting in room and sunshine in bathroom!

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were given a handicapped room which turned out to be relatively bigger than the standard rooms. I like the hotel’s push towards reducing waste by supplying soap and bath gel dispensers (instead of the small bottles); however, I would not call this a negative, but, more of an interesting piece of information: We tried to follow the rule about leaving towels on the rack if you want to reuse it, but, the housekeeper changed them twice in a row.

Love this hotel. I stay here a lot on business. Super close to the train and tram station. Conveniently located to downtown Dijon. Hotel staff are very friendly. I will book again and again!

We had a family emergency and had to leave the hotel a day early. The clerk at the desk, I do not remember his name, could not have been more helpful and kind to us. I would stay here again because of the staff and the location, across the street from the train station.

I booked this hotel having read the information on the site indicating that a child under 12 would be allowed to stay in our room free of charge once no additional bedding was required. My child is 5 years old and often sleeps between us in a hotel room, or when we go visiting family. However, when I arrived to check in I was served by a very rude and unfriendly member of staff who was clearly unhappy that I had not booked a triple room instead - even though he had none available. When I told him this, and that the hotel site indicated that there would be no problem he said that he would have to charge me 'something else'. Again I pressed him on the information on the website and he reluctantly let it go. His final parting shot was to wish me a very sarcastic 'good night's sleep'. This episode left me with a very bad taste in my mouth, and affected my overall impression of the hotel. It is a real pity because the area is pretty convenient (if a little seedy, like a lot of hotels near rail stations) and the rest of the staff were very friendly.

Great location and value
Just an overnight stay on the way to Southern France. Hotel was very clean, great value and good location within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping and sites. Reception was very helpful. Secure underground parking was a nice bonus. If you use SatNav you may not find the street the hotel is on because it is a pedestrian and tram only street. Search for the adjacent street.

This space is perfect for one person. The Receptionists both day and evening were not friendly at all and I felt like I was bothering them. They also tried to charge me for room twice.

Strong recommendation.
Overall, I strongly recommend this place (if you're paying less than €100 per night). They do have a lot of competition within walking distance of the station, but this is a very strong option: the rooms are small but well-equipped, the shower is excellent, and they did a nice job of brightening up the hall and stairways with a peculiar paint-job. Obviously, the location is excellent for both the train station and the architectural core of "the old city" of Dijon.

The hotel was only 250 yards from the Rail Station, and walking distance to the pedestrian areas of the lovely town of Dijon. Whilst the hotel was clean, the room card was always not working, and needed to be recharged at reception !

Modern in great location middle of city

Friendly hospitality-location @ Dijon rail station
We chose this hotel because we arrived via TGV train from Paris plus our barge cruise started in Dijon. The hotel staff were extremely helpful & made us very welcome. The room was small but clean, modern & well equipped. The breakfast @ 12 Euros each was a good value buffet. Would recommend this hotel to the value conscious traveler.

Upon check in they had a problem with the rooms at original lication we booked. So they sent us down the road to othee location with a "too bad" attitude. Second location was literally next to train tracks. Room waa beyond small and very noisy all through the night. We would not stay here again

Nicely renovated and close to railway station
my wife and I had been extremely happy with most aspects of the hotel until the last night when the air conditioning failed. The day had been unusually hot and our room was equally so. When we figured that the air conditioning was unserviceable and requested assistance, we got nothing other than hollow promises of a fix. Even pleading for a fan resulted in nothing until I became a bit more assertive than usual and one was borrowed from an adjoining hotel. Promises that the maintenance crew were on their way proved to be fiction and we left early the next morning, glad to bout of the building.

Accessible Location
We saw the hotel the moment we stepped out of the Dijon train station. Excellent for easy access when traveling by train! Only down side - internet is terribly slow in the room, but fine in the lobby.

Great central spot
This was a terrific location to be right in the center of town. The staff was nice and very helpful. Parking is tough in that area and you do need to call the hotel direct and reserve a parking spot. (We didn't but the hotel steered us to anther place that was fairly close and gave us a discount on parking!).
