Coteau Beach Vacations from $323

If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head and you're not into fancy then this place will do the job. Of note... there was no way to turn off the heat and the ac unit was on its last gasp. The screen didnt fit in the window... its been pried or forced out at some point. If you have menopause you're doomed. I had to turn on the AC as well as open the window in order to get the room to cool down a bit. Do not recommend baths, just showers. But overall, it did the trick. We needed a place with 2 beds since we had to be at the hospital for surgery at 6 am. Its proximity to hospitals and conveniences was why we chose it. I paid $70 for the night.

I was quite impressed with the quality of this hotel- from service to the attention to detail in the room. I found the staff very pleasant and engaging. I think it's what separates itself from some of the other Casino Resorts I've stayed at - employees seem genuinely interested in helping you or engaging with you. What added to it was seeing the number of Indigenous employees - that I think are from the community. I'm looking forward to the new Spa.

The rooms are fine. Clean. Booked hotel as there was paid parking and airport shuttle. When I inquired about booking the shuttle i was met with a blank stare. They said to come in the morning. When i went in morning to book shuttle i was met with the same blank stare. Not sure why i paid for parking at the hotel. Ended up getting my own Uber.

Overall room and main entry were clean. Basic breakfast provided. No other amenities. We stayed in a Mainfloor room with walkout which was helpful but did not have good light blocking window coverings so was quite bright in the morning. Would not be our first choice to stay in again but worked well.
