“the host was Great overall. with informations...sometime to much information!!first of all, the house description and pictures are NOT in line with actual house. The bathrooms was very dated. showers need regrouting and fresh paint as well.the furniture was in abysmal condition.She stated via textthat no one that not on the rental can come over, in which I concur, although I has family in the area. No loud Noise or party. Ok No excessive! power usage if you are not there..ok. ...I had to……

“The property is located in residential neighborhood. It was clean, and ready for us when we got there. The owner was responsive, respectful and friendly. There could have been a few more linens: washcloths, hand towels, potholders and 'starter' condiments like coffee filters and salt/pepper/sugar. Overall, this was an affordable accommodation for our first visit to Puerto Rico. ”

“Overall I would recommend. We arrived late at night and the area looked a little sketch. But during the day we realized it wasn't so bad. We had a little difficulty understanding the instructions to get the electric gate to open- didn't realize we needed to go inside the condo to retrieve the remote. Close to the beach, local restaurants and bars. Roomy and clean. Comfortable beds. ”
