I felt very safe there were more then 20 state troopers undercovers and a couple border patrol stay the same night so thanks I didn’t even lock my hotel door nor my truck doors thanks holiday inn

This was a very average to below average hotel in my opinion. I was clean, staff was polite and courteous. Small things like hallways and elevator were very warm, the furniture was worn look very used, thermostat on wall was not working, rust on the tub, carpets worn. Status light on elevator was out didn’t know if it was coming or going. Towels were clean but smelled overheated.

Restrooms have old fixtures, mold, and holes on the walls. At one point we though the toilet was broken. Front staff was great!! Hoping that changing restroom fixtures is part of the current renovations they’re going through.

I reserved a bedroom with two queen beds and they gave me a king for 4 people. there was no refund and two people had to sleep on the floor. Very disappointed. ☹️

When we arrived, I was informed a room key could not be made and the front desk clerk had to manually unlock our door every time we returned. The bathroom ceiling had mold and there was a non-functional light on the ceiling directly above the bathtub. The light lens was old and yellow. There was no exhaust fan

The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious, with a microwave, kurig coffee maker and mini fridge. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There were a lot of US Customs & Border Patrol officers present which made us feel safe. The area has shopping and a lot of fast food restaurants and is a convenient location, about 10 miles from the Kickapoo Lucky Casino.

Ok overnight stay
Quick overnight trip. Slept well. Quiet property. Hotel could use an update, starting to be a little tired--light fixtures in the bathroom rusted, older ac units, no usb ports, etc. But, still, perfectly acceptable as far as cleanliness. Just a bit too pricey for what is just an average room.

Very dirty from the entrance through the room. Receptionist very rude and apparently doesn’t know anything about her job, we ask about pool hours and she didn’t know that wasn’t open. Pool didn’t work and was dirty.

Luckily for me I was only there for one night. The receptionist was so rude and uncooperative. I booked three rooms and she was telling me that only two out of the three rooms were approved. Yet my card was charged for all three. When asked to speak to a manager she was rude and refused to get one for me. I had to call the main Holiday Inn customer service so they could help me the problem. The rooms were dark and gloomy. Not enough lighting, room was hot, the tub was dirty and corroded. I do give them credit for their breakfast. It was quite good. Otherwise, I had never had such a bad experience with HOliday Inn.
