HICE UNA RESERVACION QUE EL SISTEMA DE EXPEDIA ERRONEAMENTE ARROJO PARA EL 7 DE NOVIEMBRE, ME PRESENTÉ EL 22 DE OCTUBRE Y TUVE QUE PAGAR DE NUEVO LA HABITACION, NO ME QUISIERON CAMBIAR LA RESERVA, Y TAMPOCO DEVOLVER EL DINERO. NO HUBO QUIEN ME CONTESTARA EMAILS NI SABIA A DONDE DIRIGIRME, POR LO QUE CALIFICARÉ COMO PESIMO EL HOTEL Y TAMBIEN NO VOLVERÉ A USAR EXPEDIA.

This is an old hotel yet it is very clean the Linens always smell very nice and fresh the rooms are very clean even though the building is all these people are trying very hard to keep the place clean once you get to know the owners they are wonderful people they always tell us to call them whenever we are ready to reserve a room and they will save the room that we want

It's a very comfy place to stay. Great place for the money. We went to the Kickapoo Casino for the weekend. Fantastic location near stores and plenty of restruants( I recommend Yelp to find a good place to eat ). The location driving up might seem a bit of rough, but everyone there was friendly.

Front desk was very rude terrible . Rooms were dirty and small

It was ok for the price but needs to be remodeled. T ac was in bad shape with a musty smell coming out. The bathroom also had an odd smell. The manager was nice. No way for a handicap person to get to the 2nd floor if they smoke.

Close to work

Pros: Close to where I had to be in the AM
Cons: Great value
Location: Downtown Eagle Pass, Casino nearby
Room was clean AC worked well . A bottled water would have been nice. Shower was good, Iron and coffee pot worked well
