I was a little worried about the room after few reviews on their website but honestly the room was clean and the staff super nice. I will definitely book with them again.

Carpet was dry in front of air conditioner, damp else where in the room. AC barely worked. edges of the carpet were dusty. Last straw- Blow dryer sparked, flamed and I quickly unplugged it. Front desk did send someone quickly to replace

They refused our request to stay there. They said their prices on website reflected were wrong. They did not offer any flexibility, they outright denied us when we did nothing wrong. They were price gouging from the initial price agreed upon which was $213 to an unreasonable $965. The staff was unorganized and were communicating with their manager via texts. Our trip here was ruined because of this place. The totality solar eclipse, A once in a lifetime event has forever been negatively branded in our minds.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the carpet had patches of black stains. Not sure what that was about. Other than that beds were very comfy.

It was nice and peaceful. The only thing we didn't like was the shower faucet. Most of the water was coming out the bottom instead of the shower head.

Terrible quality of the facility. The stairs were rusted, broken and cracked. my key card stopped working and even after going to the front desk it’s still did not work. There is a lot of noise in the area.

Our suite was spacious and very clean. The only problem with the hotel, is that the key cards only worked about once and then you had to get them reprogrammed.

Locked myself out of room, safety latch fell down, front desk and maintenance guy were super helpful. ONly took couple of minutes to respond. Older building but well maintained. I'd stay there again.
