Three night business stay.

Pros: Very comfortable bed.
Cons: Offer a hot breakfast. As to the noise, it is an aged facility so it would take a major renovation, which is unlikely.
Location: Good restaurants and shopping.
Disappointing. You could hear everything the people in the adjoining rooms were saying. Outside noise made it hard to sleep until late into the evening. No hot breakfast. Quick check in and check out; staff was very friendly.

Room dirty.

There was a peanut left over from the previous guest still on the floor. The bathroom had a moldy smell, and there was a foreign hair on the face towel. Will not stay there anymore.

Great Place.

Pros: Extremely helpful Staff
Location: Fishing lake with good walking area within walking distance, numerous eating establishments nearby.
Extremely helpful Staff. good options for Breakfast. Complimentary tooth brush and other items.

First room we tried occupying, the air conditioner was not working properly. I went to the phone to call the front desk and there was no dial tone on the phone. At the time of our arrival there was a gentleman in the room and he told me that he was checking out the room to make sure everything was in working order. I noticed he pressed against the air conditioner as if to pop the screen back in. He told me all was fine and left. We were located on the top floor behind the office area. Drove around to report the problems and the clerk offered us a first floor room. We had to drive back to our original room and re pack our items to make the move to the new room. We went out to eat and when we returned, our room keys did not work. I had to walk around on the other side to get the key situation corrected. The clerk explained to me that sometimes the cards (keys) if left near a cell phone can deactivate. She was very courteous and apologized for the inconvenience. I have stayed at La Quinta's before in fact I am a Quinta Rewards member and had never encountered these kind of problems. I guess it just was not my day! In general its ok.

A good deal if you're just looking to sleep

Pros: Proximity to the casino
Cons: room upgrades and some employee customer service training
At check-in, the desk clerk had his ear buds in while helping us; that's a big turn off. The room was nice for the price paid and slept comfortably. Checked for bed bugs to find the mattress in great condition.

Quick trip to eagle pass

I had bugs all over my bed. My husband and I have bites all over our bodies. We asked for another room but because the hotel was fully booked they gave us a room with no light. We are very upset. We have never had any issues like this with any hotel let alone la Quinta. I hope the management takes care of this issue.

Decent hotel.

If you're looking for a get away I would suggest finding another hotel. It looks Dingy and unkept. Needs serious updates.
