The hotel should not be advertised as non smoking. Our room was so smoky that I felt nauseous and had a horrible headache. My daughter has asthma and the secondhand smoke impacts her safety. The front desk staff asked if I would like an air purifier for the room. We chose to leave after a few hours and me re cleaning the room at the hotel instead. The odor was saturated into the curtains and carpet. The king whirpool suite with river view would have been lovely if it were not smoky. My boyfriend's room on the second floor was worse. Clearly they are used to complaints if they offer air purifiers. I wiped the edges of the bathroom, entryway hard floor and the lysol wipes were black and lots of small hairs. I did not feel safe for my family using the pool area or workout space, mirrors covered in brown soot. If it were not for the smoke, the hotel was nice. Unfortunately, the cigarette smoke was enough to make this the worst hotel stay we have had. Having to spend an hour on the phone with expedia while at the zoo with young kids was not in my original plans. I am so disappointed that Expedia partners with this hotel.

We had a dead bug on the bathroom floor, bathroom floor was dirty. I callwd for an extra pillow and finally canceled after over an hour.

Typically just the casino stinks. The entire hotel was smokey. The furniture is very worn. Time for a remodel!

We were running late because of being from out of town and they we going to cancel our rooms if we were after 9 pm. Second only a hot dog stand after 9, no room service. For wanting us to spend 239 a night its a joke.

I waited 2 1/2 hours to check in because the key cards couldn't be made. Finally had to cancel and go to another hotel. The next morning I had a message on my phone from 10:50 p.m. saying the key cards still wouldn't work, but security could escort to rooms, but you couldn't leave unless you had somebody to let you back in. The hotel said that I would get a full refund, but since it was through Expedia I'm not sure. Expedia has NO WAY on their website to contact customer service in any way. Terrible experience all around. The front desk staff at the hotel were all very kind and apologetic.

The smoke was terrible! Hair and dirt in all the corners of the bathroom and blood on the carpet. Elevators were rickety and filthy. Most likely not staying there again.

Overall property and hotel had a stale smoky smell. Room had a smell of sewer gas coming from the bathroom! Sink drain was very slow. Microwave on 4th floor was gross! Clean it! Very few options for dining. And menu at sports bar was very slim, not many options. Check in was smooth and staff pleasant! Jeanne was nice!

Upon arrival, checkin was slow. The clerk that had started helping us kept jumping over to the next station trying to help them as well because there was a guest there that was not satisfied. Additionally, it was not explained that the elevator would not work without tapping our room key over a sensor. There is a heavy smell of smoke on the main level, but we did not notice it in the actual guestroom.

Jacuzzi tub room with broken tub. I had two very nice maintenance men in my room for an hour and 45 minutes while the cold water faucet was stuck on sounding like a very loud and uncomfortable water fall. It was miserable and then bed had springs popping and very uncomfortable.

Always pleased with this hotel. Good easy check-in, clean and comfortable room. Furniture starting to look a bit worn in the room but not bad. Wished they had their bakery back, had good breakfast food in there.

Upon check in, we were told our room wasn’t ready and they would call us in 10 minutes after it was properly inspected. We waited around a half hour before going back to the desk and they said it was ready and gave us our key. The room was wonderful. Clean, stocked, and comfy. We had a king suite with a jacuzzi in the room and everything was up to par. Our only issue with the room was that our tv would keep randomly shutting off while we were watching movies. We enjoyed the pool and spa, then ate supper at the Buffet. Service was good, food was mostly good. A few things just tasted.. off. While we were there, Bella’s (the breakfast restaurant) was under renovation, so they were serving breakfast from The Buffet. We went to get in line behind a couple and over heard their conversation with the host saying that there were at least three parties waiting ahead of them and they had no idea if anyone else would even get in for breakfast. No wait time estimate, just “maybe you should go somewhere else.” We ended up checking out early and getting breakfast at a restaurant outside of the hotel itself.

When we tried to check in they didn't have the room we booked available.i reserved a whirlpool king suite Riverview room, they offered a 2 queen bed room, we didn't stay. It's our wedding anniversary, we absolutely didn't want to stay in room with a smaller bed then we sleep in at home!
