Overall, this hotel was a very good value. The beds were very comfortable and the room felt spacious. The only negative was our check in experience. We arrived late and given a room on the second floor. Upon getting to our room, the key would not work. I went back downstairs and told the attendant. He re-activated my key and escorted me back upstairs to make sure it worked. It did, but the room was occupied. They were asleep, so I assume they did not hear our first attempt to enter the room. Evidently, the day shift crew re-assigned the rooms, but didn't inform the night shift attendant of the changes. We did finally get settled into our room. It could have been a very embarrassing situation.
