Loved our stay! We love this hotel, but they were booked up til Sunday. Able to get a room for Sunday to Monday and we love this hotel. Walked across the street to the Horseshoe Casino for gambling and dinner. Great experience!

This property was very average. Nothing above and beyond for service or amenities. I actually really disliked that since they only service the room every third day they do not provide enough towels or shampoo, conditioner, soap or coffee to last 3 days. Seemed like we were constantly needing something and having to go back to the front where the staff was less than friendly.

Everything about the property is ok, nothing exceptional, nothing bad. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, eggs, sausage, etc. it’s pretty tasty for a hotel breakfast.

This is our second stay at this particular property, and it was great both times. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and clean. The breakfast alone is worth the trip. My only complaint is the pillows were flat and uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. Even though it was fully booked it was quiet and peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay there. It’s attached to the event center where our son was wrestling so that was awesome. Only downfall was the workout facility. It was not good at all.

The property was good it was close to the areana and casino i have no real complaints. Just minor issues like the toilet was loose and the room smelled a little musty but all in all decent place breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking.

Dead Bugs and Dirty Tissues
This hotel is on the older side and the staff definitely don't thoroughly clean the rooms. We pulled down the sheet for the first bed and there was a giant booger on the sheet so I looked a little more and it also had used tissues, hair balls and dead grasshoppers at the head of the bed by the wall. They moved us to another room and the manager walked up with us and the first bed I checked had a bunch of jerky wrappers shoved between the mattress and wall. How on earth do they not notice these when putting clean sheets on? She proceeded to go back downstairs and grab another handful of key cards for more rooms to check however I had enough. We went to another hotel, they obviously need to learn how to clean properly. The manager on duty was however very nice and helpful through the process.

Good overnight stay
Very nice hotel, convenient and safe location. My kids and I enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet.

I picked this hotel for its convenience off of I80 while traveling from CO to IN for the holidays. I was willing to pay a little more to stay here than cheaper options around Omaha and Council Bluffs due to the reviews of the cheaper hotels in the area of them not being good in various things. Check in was easy and they accommodated us with adjoining rooms as requested. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was a good selection of items and easy checkout through text. The only complaint I have is in one of the rooms, the toilet was not attached well to the floor so it moved every time you sat on it. We would stay here again.

Comfy on Christmas Eve
It was a last minute on the road Christmas Eve booking and it could not have been a better place. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. The place was fresh and clean. Good coffee and tea after a long ride and nice comfy beds and pillows. Morning breakfast was also good before we hit the road again.

Was conveniently located however was a little disappointed in the fact that we weren't able to access the adjoining hall to convention center as that's what drew us to this property. Beds were pretty hard and smell of smoke lingered throughout. A little outdated. Wasn't the worst place I've stayed but could have been much better

We have stayed at this property many times, this time we were not given a room on the top floor as requested but on the first floor and three doors from an exit….door slamming all night..people above us walking until after midnight….not happy with this stay at all…
