Friendly hotel with good rooms

Pros: Location for my needs
Cons: Better venting of rooms
Location: Casinos A Fantastic zoo in Omaha (over the bridge)not far and well marked.
the rooms were comfortable, with exception of the smoking, there was no way to vent the room so smoke just hung in the air. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Misleading hotel name

We mistakenly booked this hotel, thinking that we were booking Country Inn and Suites in Council Bluffs. When we arrived, we were told that they did not have our reservation, then as we were attempting to contact customer support at Expedia, they were suddenly able to locate our reservation. We will look more closely at the information when we book again. The room was spacious and clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. We would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Thank you for your review. Upon your arrival you stated that you had made a reservation online. The hotel was unable to locate this reservation. When asked how long ago it was made we were told 15 min prior to your arrival. When booking online the reservation takes about 1 hour to come into our system. We were able to locate your reservation by logging into our extranet. At time of check in there was also no mention of booking the wrong hotel. We would have been glad to help you out with that as well. We apologize if the room was not comfortable for you. We will be renovating our rooms very soon and hope you will give us another chance.
