Needed a room for the night as we were driving through. We didn't get in until 3:30am and they granted us late checkout for noon which was much needed. The front desk was very nice and professional. Room was very clean and cozy. If we ever pass through again, we would definitely stay here.

Great stay! Staff was jind and courteous room was quiet for the most part. There was someone with a dog that kept barking. Pets are allowed, so fyi. Breakfast was good, room was clean. We would stay here again.

The hotel was clean, very quiet, and breakfast was delicious. I was a little surprised about the location and appearance of the hotel because a different picture was shown when I booked. No elevator but it’s only 2 floors. It all turned out fine

The staff were really pleasant and provided you with the information of what you needed. Room was comfortably and clean, however bed and pillows were firm for us. Other than that our stay was good.

The HVAC unit was noisy and hard to regulate room temp. The walls seemed a little thin, you could hear neighboring guests. The staff was a friendly and it was clean.

For a budget hotel you really can’t ask for more, the room was large and up to date, everything worked in the room, the service was quick and friendly, and the breakfast was adequate. The parking lot was well lit and there were plenty of cameras for security.

This property is really nice. There have been obvious renovations, the entire hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind. The entrance is a little odd and quite frankly, I was slightly worried about the area. But, I had no issues and access to and from the freeway was perfect. Would definitely return!

The property is quiet and right off the highway. It's close to so many attractions, only a 5-minute drive to most. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that bothered me was the air freshener because of my sensitivities to scents. My stay was pleasant, but there was no casino shuttle as advertised, which was a factor in my booking the hotel.

The breakfast was very good and there was ample seating. Many times there hotels do not have enough seating for the breakfasts. At the Bridgepointe Inn & Suites this was not the case. The hotel was nice and quiet.

A Friendly Stay with Room for Improvement I recently stayed at the BridgePointe Inn and had a mixed experience that I’d like to share. Let’s start with the positives. The staff at this hotel are truly amazing. From the moment I checked in until I checked out, the ladies at the front desk were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They patiently answered all of my questions and were always ready to assist with anything I needed. However, while the staff stood out for their exceptional service, the hotel itself had its drawbacks. Despite undergoing renovations, the facilities at BridgePointe Inn are somewhat limited. Compared to larger chain hotels with similar rates, it falls short in terms of amenities and overall experience. This was a minor downside during my stay, especially when considering the competition in the area. Overall, BridgePointe Inn offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere thanks to its amazing staff. However, guests should be aware of the limited facilities compared to other hotels in the same price range.

The first room we were assigned was not cleaned because the bed was not made so went to the front desk associate and she apologized and we went to the second room and it was not cleaned and again the associate apologized and the third room was somewhat cleaned at least the bed linens were changed and we had clean towels however the floors were dirty.I will say the cleaning agents need to be fired.I will never stay there again.

This an old renovated road hotel. Nicely done, comfortable, everything works. Mini fridge with freezer, micro, coffee, breakfast at 6 am. No elevator to 2nd floor. No restaurants or attractions in walking distance but close to all by car.

Pleasantly surprised. Certainly not a destination hotel but a great option when you just need a place to sleep. Older building that shows its age some places but very clean. Great pressure and heat with the shower that you usually don’t get in most hotels. Staff was very courteous.

Great overnight stay while traveling. Located next to Interstate. I’m not usually sensitive to smells. There was a strong cleaner or deodorizer smell in room that gave me a headache. Beware for anyone who is sensitive to smells.
