Tub looks old and worn, needs some updates.

The hotel was nice and clean. Enjoyed the coffee and fruit infused water that was out daily. The only concern I have would be the pool area. we couldnt realy enjoy the pool area due to the chlorine being so strong. Not sure if the levels are tested daily.It was a also little on the dirty side. Floors not kept up and trash was over full.

Friendly, Attentive, Location

Pros: The comments in the "Write about your experience" says it all.
Cons: Have Grits. LOL just kidding. As you can tell I am from the south.

Attended the College World Series. I wanted to stay at one of the Casinos. Well when we arrived this hotel was connected to the Ameristar Casino. Also it was very close to Harrah's and Horeshoe Casinos. The Missouri River runs directly behind the hotel. The hotel is only 5-minutes to downtown Omaha and just 15-minutes to the Airport. It is also located close to all of the attractions in Omaha. The hotel and rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The maids did a great job cleaning the rooms daily and keeping them stocked with toiletries and towels. The room was supplied with a refrigerator and microwave. This came in handy for leftovers and drinks that we bought out. Also the breakfast served every morning saved us time and money. This was not supplied by the Casinos. I know this for a fact as I knew people who stayed at the Casinos told me. Also she we got to the room the television was not working. I called the front desk and the Engineer was there in seconds. He replaced the television with a new one. By new i mean out of the box. He was very concerned and kept apologizing. We actually left him in the room by himself as we had to go to the ball game. When we came back the television was working with no problems during our stay. We later saw him and he actually remembered us and still was concerned on what we thought. What a nice follow-up. Also 24-hour shuttle service was supplied to where we wanted to go.

It's just OK

The hotel was clean. The pillows are way to soft. The room was smaller then we thought and the view was looking at the awning to the parking lot. There isn't anything really around it but casino's and I had kids with me. They have a shuttle that did take us to the zoo, but I found out about it via a review from someone else. It was never offered to us.

Comfy stay.

Nice place. Loved the chaise lounge with the side table. Wanted to take it home. Comfortable bed.
