The hotel is extremely dated and the ceiling in the shower was peeling. It's an old hotel which needs updating. The staff wasn't very friendly.

Great place and great staff. Got a great room with easy access for my elderly parents. Only issue is very few outlets in the room. Still will be staying here again.

Good deal for the price, didn't care for the low class coffeemaker in the room but there's self serve coffee at the casino so didn't matter. There's a fridge but no microwave so no heating up leftovers

Disappointed in stay because I called twice and requested 2 queen beds and only had 1 King. Had to request the room to be cleaned after it wasn’t done the second day. Water pressure in shower was absolutely awful. I have thick longer hair and could not wash it!

Electronic signature said the resort fees were $10 per day. The staff told me that the resort fee was $15 per day. The resort fee was charged higher than $15 per day. I won’t stay here again as I don’t like having the resort fees changed from what was stated.

Rooms are a bit run down and dusty. WiFi barely worked, no usb chargers in room, cold water sink faucet barely worked, tv remote barely worked, uncomfortable chairs. Staff was all great & extremely friendly. Dining options good but needs a store or gift shop to get miscellaneous items.

I enjoyed the casino. We ate at Guy Fieri…enjoyed the Trash Can nachos and spicy margaritas. The rooms are tired and worn The outside noise from the outside on a Wednesday night from the 8th floor was significant

My brother was coming to Iowa from Wyoming. He broke down in Minden, IA. I booked him this motel and then tried to find cab company to pick him up. I could not find anyone so immediately went back on to Hotels.com to cancel and they would not refund or at least credit me. I lost money at a casino and I never even went there!

Glad we were only staying one night.
Even on the 9th floor our room and bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Maybe it filters up through the vents from the casino? Would have appreciated at least a complimentary bottle of water.
