The Skywalk is worth every penny you would pay for a room here if you are in town for a concert at CHI. The bed and shower are just a bonus.

Hilton Honors terms and conditions allow us to put the Hilton Honors number on 3rd party reservations but you do not accrue points as it is not paid directly. this was a perfect place to stay as we were attending a concert at the CHI Center in Omaha Ne., they had a sky walk that allowed a quick comfortable route to the event center. Will definitely stay again!

We had an event at CHI center. Loved the convenience of the skywalk to and from the hotel. Lobby bar did a great job of service since the restaurant was under renovation. Valet service was great and easy to work with since parking was very busy!

Very convenient to the concert venue, right across the street. Unfortunately our shower water never got hot, and we had bursts of cold water during the shower. Otherwise the hotel was very nice.

The Bar area was so busy you had to wait 30 minutes to get a drink. At the restaurant we were seated right by an outside door which was a main door so we had walking traffic the entire time we sat there so we ate in the cold. On top of that entire restaurant/bar are smelled like sewage. The shower in my room did not have hot water. Staff was great but this hotel is not worth the money.

Beds were not comfortable king size bed didn’t come with sofa bed so we had to upgrade to 2 queen beds for $30 more. Beds seemed way too small and not queen. They were not comfortable and the pillows deflated bad.

The attitude of the lobby staff was atrocious. I got an eye roll up on check in because I was annoyed by the fact that there were signs Saying you can pull in to the drop off so I parked in the garage and walked it all in. I another interaction 3 people at Starbucks managed to botch every aspect of my order, there was no line. When I was annoyed at the fact that you can't pay with our tipping and expressed this I got a very snarky 'thank you'. I replied I didn't appreciate that, to which she said ' I don't appreciate your attitude '. Wow. I booked a hotel over an Airbnb despite the similar pricing and sacrifice on comfort in exchange for service. Hotels are in trouble and this is part why. Service jobs require some swallowing of pride at times and this woman just had to keep going with the disrespect. Train your people Hilton, not just in what to say but to have true empathy for people so it's genuine.

If you need to see the Creighton Bluejays play basketball then you need to stay at this hotel. No matter the weather you have the skywalk to get to the game from this hotel. Believe me I have walked from other hotels to the game and froze. Beautiful facility.

I thought downtown would be a prime location considering my itinerary for the weekend. Unfortunately after my first night’s stay, I went to began my day in Omaha but couldn’t find my vehicle parked in the gated, covered garage on Hilton’s property. The vehicle was moved from where I parked it. I opened the door, only to find that my personal property of over thousands of dollars was stolen. My truck was left with my children’s two car seats and my work badge on the driver seat. I was in shock of it all as the campus security does not actively monitor the garage via camera surveillance nor physical patrolling. This is not a secure location. I know that crime can happen anywhere in the world, but being as that another couple’s vehicle was completely stolen from Hilton’s parking site on the exact same night tells me that this is a hot spot. I can only wonder if my truck was spared because the gas light was on after our ten hour drive to Omaha. The security on-site responded to the matter promptly and the staff seemed to be genuinely concerned, but Kleenex won’t compensate my loss. This robbery ruined my weekend as my wardrobe and my husband’s business wallet was stolen. The security needs to be enhanced as these crimes were not only related but also calculated. I would not recommend this hotel solely because of the lack of security in this location. Safety is my top priority for me and my family, so I can’t rest anywhere with the security of my family in jeopardy.
