Thank you for sharing your experience at our hotel with me. I sincerely enjoy hearing from our guests about where we can improve our hotel for all of our guests in the future. I am very sorry for each of the issues you mentioned with the sink, closet and hair dryer. I will share your review with our maintenance department so we can do a better job of catching those things in the future.
