I had a reservation for Christmas Day and received an email that morning saying they canceled it due to problems. Tried numerous times to call all day and my calls were never answered.
There is a sewage smell throughout the whole hotel. No hot water for a shower. Bathroom door doesn’t latch to be able to shut the door. Would not recommend this hotel at all
Door handle broken to our room. Couldn’t get door to shut! Then keys stopped working. TV didn’t work. Stunk bad! Rodents outside front door! The possum scared the crap out of me!! It was in the trash over filling the can at the entrance!
Tv remote did not match the tv. Staff got the channel to change but then the volume control did not work. Swimming pool and hot tub did not work. Bed poorly made. Torn sheer curtain. No hair dryer. Great front staff but management sure needs to step it up!
