Close to airport

Aging facility close to the airport but rsther quite rundown. Staff was very nice and i did not get to enjoy breakfast because of schedule. TV did not work

Not restful at all

I arrived late at night after flying in. The front staff was very nice and when I requested a late check out in the morning I was told no problem I could have until 1pm if needed. I got to my room and the door lock barely worked. The toilet didn't flush right and the bed was hard as a rock. I tried to sleep the best I could, only to have a maid trying to come into the room around 715 even with the do not disturb sign out. Then maintenance or delivery person was trying the enter the room multiple times to replace the bed. I finally gave up on trying to sleep and got up to get ready to check out. As I was dressing again the cleaning staff was trying to enter the room. I collected my items and went downstairs to check out when asked how it was, I told the lady the cleaning/maintenance staff were persistently trying to get in the room, her only comment was "oh, well I will mention it to them." Needless to say I will not be staying there again.

Solid mid-range hotel. Very clean and quiet. Big plus is that the shuttle bus runs 24-7.

Worst bed ever!

Pros: Location
Cons: Beds were terrible.
Title says it all. Convenient to airport and downtown.

The air conditioner/ heater unit blows air straight upwards into the curtains, then the curtains were letting in large amounts of light all night :(

Good hotel close to airport and downtown

Pros: It was quiet and clean.
Location: Close to downtown - new arena and stadium are nearby.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was quiet and close to downtown Omaha.

Fleabag facility

Pillows in the room felt like they were stuffed with old rags. Matress was hard and uncomfortable. Shuttle driver from airport was extremely rude and was about to leave me at airport because I didn't answer phone quickly enough. I wanted to take a swim in the pool, but decided against it when I saw the pool guy scooping up residue in the morning. Staff was cordial , but facilities are horrible

The hotel was clean but had many poor looking repairs or things that needed fixing. The hot tub water was rather green brown & murky. The pool was too cold! The chairs in the dining area were worn out. The room was ok, some amateur looking shower repairs. People nice except one of the shuttle drivers.
