I wouldn't choose this hotel again

Posted Nov 5, 2015
The area of town looked a bit rough at night. I didn't feel completely confident the stuff in my car would still be there in the morning. The night staff was friendly and helpful, even found a room that would be easiest for me to take my dog outside. Definitely outdated, but I didn't see that as a problem. When we got to the room was a different story. The room reeked of stale old smoke, but got bonus points for having a flat screen for both areas of the room, a fridge and microwave. In the dark we weren't able to see how unclean the room actually was. There was broken glass behind one of the tables. We found it when trying to plug in our phone chargers. The absolute worst part was using the bathroom in the morning and seeing dirty hand prints on the walls and blood spatters on the door. If I would have seen it before, we would have been out the door and not looked back. I brought it up to the day staff and they gave me a $25 credit on our bill. While the staff is friendly and hepful, there is a lot of serious work to be done.

Just ok ...breakfast was pretty good.

Posted Nov 4, 2015 on Hotels
The neighborhood was a bit on the sketchy side. The beds were really old and the decor appeared to be from the 80's. But for $85 not bad. The front desk guy was polite. The breakfast was pretty good..waffles, sausage links, eggs, muffins juice etc. The room size itself was pretty large, more of a suit just old and in need of furniture and bed updates. Easily accessible and close to most major fast food joints on same street. Overall experience ok no major complaints....you get what you pay for.

No indoor pool after all!

Posted Oct 20, 2015 on Hotels
The main reason we picked this hotel was for the indoor pool. We wanted the kids to be able to burn off some energy in the evenings before going to bed. They were also super excited to be able to swim. That did not happen!!! The pool was ICE COLD! What is the point of an indoor pool if you can't get in it because it is so COLD. They also ran out waffle mix. The kids only wanted the waffles and there weren't any on Sunday morning. They also deactivated our room key after the first night. We got back tired and ready to relax and could not get into our room, we had to go all the way down to the office to get the keys reactivated.

pleasantly surprised

Posted Oct 20, 2015 on Hotels
The room was much nicer than expected. I expected to find a run-of-the-mill dinky hotel room and I walked into a great big suite. The hallways in the hotel were a little musty smelling but the rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.

Not worth it!

No extra blankets for pull out bed. Lining in pool was rippled. Rip in couch. No water pressure. Would not recommend or stay there again.

Weekend at Quality Inn

Posted Sep 22, 2015 on Hotels
It was a great location to drive into Omaha, but the neighborhood was dumpy. The staff was very nice, but the hotel was outdated and a bit dirty. I'm not sure if I would stay there again, even if the price is right.

Worst stay ever had in a hotel. Front desk demamded credit card as this was paid in advance online. Called Manager and she said no card needed and didnt know why front desk said this. Rooms smelled musty, sheets on bed were still wet from washing and not dried. Had to leave a/c on all night to try to dry room out. Neighborhood was "sketchy" at best. Will not return.
